Ot was on a great location. The remote for the TV in the room did not work, and when we asked for batteries, we did not get them.

The room was clean and the location was close to everything. There was no staff or anyone at the reception for help! Our room was cold and the heater in the room was broken, we needed an extra blanket so we called the number they provided but I only got an AI voice telling me to text another number!! I kept texting them but no one answered! Plus the pillows were paper thin so uncomfortable it made my neck hurt! I do not recommend to be honest

The room accommodations, it was a pet friendly room. The location to main street and access to hiking trails. None.

What a wonderful little venue. We felt like we staying a hostel in Europe. The balcony over the street was a great way to see how charming a town Leavenworth really is. The location was perfect and the free parking was a great bonus. The row of key lock boxes upstairs was confusing because l didn’t follow the instructions.
