This is a self check-in hotel so make sure you have the proper codes needed to access your key.

The pictures they have provided for online booking aren’t true. I booked a room with a soaking bathtub (shown in picture of room) and none of the rooms have a bathtub. The rooms are tiny. Some rooms don’t even have a bathroom and must share a communal

The location is arguably the best in town. Check-in was easy, and parking is included. The bed is comfortable, and the AC was powerful. The walls are a bit thin, but I feel like that’s to be expected in a building that old. If the AC is on, it’s just fine.

Not much A lot

Location was great. It was a very cute place. The bed was super hard and the room we had a queen with a balcony was so small you could hardly move around. I hit the corner of the bed on my legs several times. Also the rooms are not very private you could essentially hear everything from the other rooms echoes.

This town is absolutely beautiful, charming and quaint. Everything is withing walking distance including a restaurants right next to this hotel. The beds were comfortable. The shower was a walk in. We had a room a/c unit which was helpful to control the temp. Our room was on the main entrance so we couldn't tell you how the other rooms upstairs were, but overall the vibe feels old world. Assigned parking available. The managers of this location are great about communicating quickly. There is some street traffic noise, however, the beds are so comfy you probably will not hear any of it.

Very near to town. Large enough to fit a full family. Beds were fairly comfortable although the kids complained about flat pillows. Lots of dirt and dust under beds and other furniture. Was not provided with sufficient towels for the number occupants and room service did not provide additional towels even after being asked. Phone number given does not get answered.

We had a room that opened to the front deck and it was perfect for walking around downtown Leavenworth. I did not feel unsafe and the self check-in was pretty easy. Only one other room opened onto the deck and we met our neighbors the second night there. I was able to reach out to the property and book a second room for a friend that decided to join us! Each room is unique and has different plus and minuses. I found the decor interesting and fun. I would stay here again and will probably try the upstairs balcony room next time! I didn't like the antique lock on the door and the fact that there was no bathroom light without the fan going since it was loud.

Great location, small but comfortable room
-
excellent location downtown, cleaning staff very courteous and helpful, no contact check-in worked ok, price reasonable Room #1 has a shower that requires the user to squeeze into the corner of the shower to close the door, must have a thin build to accomplish this feat, must leave the entry door open to the street to have any ventilation, need too soft
-
Super cute and it is right down the street from the main road
-
Convenience and price No place to store luggage on 1st floor. The stairs to the room very steep.
-
Shower was excellent there were no cupboards or drawers and my wife tripped on the step in room 5

Location. Quiet. Air conditioning wasn't working. It was stifling hot in room #5. There was no one on site to ask for help as everything was done online. My groundfloor room was changed just before I checked in to an upstairs without contacting me. As I am 73 and physically challenged, the steep steep stairs were a problem. The facility had several ground floor rooms apparently unoccupied but I was change to a tiny upstairs room without being asked.

Great location. Walkable to main square + attractions. Nice balcony w/view. Shared bath newly-renovated (clean). Room was clean. Unlimited coffee pods. Room was a little small. One corner of bed VERY close to fridge. No closet or dresser (just 2 night tables). 4 wall hooks + 1 door hook. One chair. No luggage caddy. Construction noise.
-
Location Room was too small, tripped over the fridge twice, TV had no signal, no closet. Never saw any staff except for 2 construction workers remodeling a room. Plenty of coffee though.
-
Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Easy to adjust temperature. Comfy beds. No ice cube trays! Very little silverware.

It was very room . Had plenty of room for us all. The beds was uncomfortable, and the lights out side shined in the room. Had a hard time getting to sleep. Need some black out curtains. .

cute little place near everything. room was clean, had a nice balcony to sit out on, there were convenient night stands with plugs for you on either side of the bed. had our own parking spot. location was great near everything in town. had a fridge, coffee maker and our own bathroom. room was quite tight, we didn't bring much but we still felt cramped and hard to put our stuff down. the bathroom light wasn't working but we didn't need it. We had arrived early and had a question about whether we could park and tried to call the number provided multiple times but no one picked up...We ended up risking it and parking in the spot and finally got a hold of a staff that said it was ok. looks like they were doing construction on rooms on the first floor so might have been pre-occupied.
