Our stay met all expectations.

Everything Nothing

Beautiful landscaping, location, and comfortable room. Very convenient to casinos. Most owners of B&Bs greet their guests and explain things. At ALHI, we were greeted via text and it felt impersonal. Most B&Bs put out snacks or sweet treats. At ALHI, none. The shower was itty bitty but nice to have a soaking tub.

They need blackout curtains,to bright in the morning

Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful property with lots of gardens.

Excellent place. Super clean. Comfy bed. Sheets were the softest I’ve ever slept on. Terrace was wonderful. Breakfast delicious delivered to our room. We ate in bed with bed trays provided. Hot tub was large and water stayed hot.property very well maintained. Definitely will stay again. HIGHLY recommend.

The owners, Erika and Peter, were welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The location was 5 minutes from Foxwoods. The Inn is perfect for a quiet couple’s getaway!! We stayed in the Downeast room which we loved. The only recommendation is to put a cabinet or shelf in the bathroom next to the sink to put personal items on.

The owner Erica met me at the entrance and had known I sprained my ankle and the room we had was on the second floor so she offered us the cottage at the ground level. So very thoughtful and kind.

The room was a bit outdated and small, but it felt warm and cozy. Located a few minutes from the Foxwood Casino and the Outlets. The breakfast was delicious.

It was very cozy, and felt right at home there. It was nice to have a fireplace in the room.Will stay here again. Breakfast was also delicious.

The breakfast my husband and I really liked. At first we were a little skeptical because it wasn't like a hotel setting, but after the first hour being there we fell in love with the place. By the end of our stay, we were glad that was where we'd spent the weekend and NOT in a hotel. We will definitely be back. For me, it was the shower. It was definitely too small and I would have preferred white linen throughout. Duvet, comforter etc.

We loved EVERYTHING about it, it was such a nice little room That i only booked it for one night!!

Loved everything about our stay from the easy check in to check out. We stayed in the Southwest room. The level of detail was above and beyond from soft Christmas music playing in our room when we entered, the stockings hanging on the fireplace to the candles and little matches around the jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. I can’t truly describe how every little thing was thought of and provided and we were able to truly relax. We will definitely be back.

The staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. The peaceful setting and overall comfort made this one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Very mice room and great staff

The inn is like a retreat, very quiet, situated in a beautiful area. Our host was very sweet and kind and she cooked a delicious and healthy/organic breakfast … The place is very clean, well maintained and our bedroom was particularly cosy and welcoming, with a lovely Native American decoration. We didn't have time to really spend time on the patio but that is a real asset when the weather is beautiful. The location was perfect to explore Mystic Seaport, the coast (RI & CT) and is very near to the impressive and particularly moving Mashantucket Pequot museum. We had a wonderful time! Nothing
