One of my favorite parts of the property is that it sits by a clean lovely lake, and there are seating areas to enjoy the view anytime of day just to unwind. They also have kayak rentals for those who enjoy the activity. Another wonderful treat- it is near High Lawn Farm, only a 3-min drive from the Inn. It is beautiful there, and cute Jersey cows roam freely, when they are ready they go on their own time into a building where they lay on heated water beds while being milked (I kid you not!). Their dairy products and ice-cream are excellent, worth taking the short drive there. The town center of Lee has some nice restaurants and boutiques within a 5-8 min drive. It was a memorable stay and hope to be back there again soon.

Michelle and Owen are excellant! Sitting next to the Lake. Free coffee. Particularly regarding the predominant elderly population, and if possible, you might like to take a look-at safety in the tubs. No holds is just waiting for an accident.

Beautiful view, convenient kayak rental, great location, clean and comfortable room, nice outside deck for each room. No light switch by the door. Otherwise great!

For a non-chain hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. Clean and comfortable. But definitely a B- C+ place which was perfect for a quick stay.

The hotel is ideally located, right on the lake. We found it well worth paying extra for a lakeside room: it was super extra special to have a chance to sit on the balcony and look at the lake. For a mobility impaired person in our group this was wonderful. Renting the hotel's pontoon boat was a highlight of the stay. Highly recommended. One hour is plenty of time to circle the lake at least twice. The hotel is ideally located for a trip to Tanglewood, but must be booked well in advanced, because it fills up quickly. The breakfast is mediocre, but the breakfast room is wonderful, overlooking the lake. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity (except the Indian restaurant in the hotel). The nearest town of Lee is cute, but very small. Lennox, however, is very well worth a visit, don't skip it. It would be great to install a handicap door button. It is very difficult to bring in and out a person in a wheelchair.

The breakfast room was strictly self service. I didn't like that the eggs in the refrigeraton were hard/soft boiled. There was nothing hot that the guest didn't have to prepare(except the coffe). I left a nice tip for housekeeping.

The location directly on the lake. Beautiful setting. Good breakfast and staff a 2 minute drive to the beach. Nothing like swimming in a beautiful cool lake book a lakefront room

This is a decent hotel in an excellent lakeshore location. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, there is a bar / restaurant on the premises. The property can benefit from some facelift / freshening.

Room was clean. View was nice but could not enjoy it on the deck because wall A/C was blowing hot air on me. Facility run down. Decking needs to be replaced. Bathroom not safe. Couldn't squeeze content of shower bottles. Pillows terrible. Breakfast area too small. Not enough staffing. Inconsistent WiFi connection.

Loved the voew from our balcony of the lake. Breakfasts were great. Well located. A good place to see the Berkshires from.

Older hotel but a very good location. First time at the Berkshires and this hotel was close to almost everything. Second floor lakeside with balcony was very nice.
