Quality Inn Lee - Lenox South

The breakfast was minimal.

But never notice any noise. Also real close to a Dunkin, and Shell gas. Very convenient!

No frills, no thrills. Just fine for a quick stay.

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok but not the best. But for the price I would say it was good enough.

The room had (in my opinion), an overwhelming perfumy scent ( I am sensitive to strong perfumes) which I believe was to cover up the musty/moldy smell in the room as I had issues with breathing throughout the night and I only have that when I am in a musty/moldy environment. The room was clean and the temps outside were very humid but with the ac running, one would think it would clear up humidity in the room.

Great location - very close to the highway, grocery store, etc. The room smelled heavily of perfumed/fragranced cleaning products. I had to air out the room because the smell was so strong.

Location close to highway and Tanglewood nearby. I booked an “accessible room” and called to confirm it was accessible. The only thing accessible was it was on the first floor. No walk-in showers in this Inn for mobility impaired. No handrails in the bathroom. Tight space in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable but there were numerous other problems. The internet service was sporadic, the toilet kept running, the TV was hard to use and conked out at some point. The most disturbing thing was that there was no elevator and unbeknownst to us. We are not young and had to carry our bags to the second floor. Then the hotel decided to paint the railings and we couldn’t grasp the railings to get up and down the steps.

Nice location, quiet room that the front desk person suggested. Very easy to get to the car. AC was much quieter than many hotels we've been in. I left some items in the room and I was sad that the staff couldn't find them or said they couldn't when I called the next day. The breakfast could have had more fruit, and more vegan options like almond or oat milk.

Exceptional

The room was exceptionally clean, and nice as well. Coffee available in the lobby 24/7 was appreciated. Overall it was a solid place to stay. Only drawback was strong marijuana smell in the stairwell and hallway. Staff must've disinfected the areas at some point as the smell had dissipated by the time we returned a few hours later.

Room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The staff was excellent from the front desk and all of housekeeping. The price was also ready.

This is essentially a 2-story motel. We had a 2nd floor room and they don’t have an elevator, so be forewarned about that. Breakfast is only packaged & processed low quality choices. This is really a no frills, satisfactory motel, so the price should reflect that but it doesn’t!
