Quality Inn Lees Summit - Kansas City

Booked a king room given a queen ada room, water/hair all over the bathroom floor, as soon as I walked in the room . Given different room with king bed, floor next to the bed had flakes or old chips littering the carpet, unvacuumed. overall gross

Dirty, smelly room. Breakfast was meager. Staff wanted to be anywhere other than helping. Couldn't even find staff at check out.

Refrigerator was molded couldn’t put anything in there. Took a half hour for some one to come to the service desk. Rooms were not clean and had a horrible smell to them. Checked out the next morning and they still tried to charged me for the entire stay I could go on and on about this however it makes me upset all over again

We stayed because everything else was sold out. Otherwise we would have left.

No phone in room

Staff was nice. The room was very dirty and still had hair in the shower and trash and leaves from previous stay. Sheets had stains

The washrooms were not clean. However the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room which was just as bad. There was a brown stain on the comforter which was disgusting. Wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you have nowhere to stay in Kansas city

My first room was not clean, though the bed was made. Additionally, the electrical receptacles in the room (and even the room I was moved to) would not hold what was plugged into it. They were so loose. Their were no lamps in the rooms. More . . .

this property was dirty dirty sheets holes in the blanket i chose not to stay the additional night i had reserved even though it was paid for and non refundable. highly do not recommend.

Check in was difficult. The room was shabby. The hot water didn’t work in the evening. In the morning it only got lukewarm warm. Find another hotel in the area. You will be happier.

The first room we received smelled like urine and the bed set had a stain on it that smelled like urine. We were switched rooms but the cleanliness was still a bit questionable. Pool was clean had to ask for towels, walls are very thin.

Parking easy and check-in and air conditioning was great !

I would not recommend this hotel. I’d say it’s more like a $60 a night hotel however I paid way more than that. It was very dirty. The back door where you would exit doesn’t work so in the middle of the night anyone can come in to the hotel. Late at night when I went out to the car, there were multiple men in a car in the parking lot smoking weed. The hotel room smelled like dog urine. There was still food on the floor from previous tenants. The walls and facility had not been cleaned accurately there were cobwebs coming from the light fixtures. The floor felt damp and musty. It could really use a paint job and a deep cleaning. The furniture was old from the 90s and hadn’t been replaced in a long time and the rooms didn’t even have a chair for sitting in just the beds and a TV. I would write this less than one star if you could. Quality Inn needs to step in and take care of this facility.

Room was dirty. Condom wrappers, edible wrappers, and misc. clear baggies left in room. No working outlet by bed to plug in medical equipment or a cell phone. Only working outlet was next to door. Left and went to another hotel.

The room was poor standard, windows not closing (leading to massive rain into the room during a storm), desk chair with seat sagging through (replaced nicely the staff with another chair with a sagging base), about half outlets not working. The bedding was surprisingly nice (although the blanket was not as big as the bed!). The pool was fine, the "jacuzzi" has been cemented over. There is no maid service for a multi-night stay, FYI. Breakfast was basic but varied and good for the price point of the hotel. The property is clearly dilapidated and poorly maintained--other hotels/motels in the area at the same price point would be a better choice.

When I stayed there the room they gave me had a leaking bathroom. There was no shampoo soaps which I was able to get, but the window was broken and had been boarded over and wouldn’t lock the young man at the front desk was very pleasant. Not too impressed with the continental breakfast.

This hotel had a very large price to value complex. We paid $100+ for a hotel room, at a nearly empty hotel, for a dirty room with an odor. The bed was squeaky, the walls were damaged, the elevator stunk, and we could hear so many loud noises from the rooms around us.
