Super 8 by Wyndham Lees Summit

Hotel smelled horrible beds were uncomfortable parking looked sketchy and unsafe bathroom had hair everywhere that wasn’t from me !!! The list goes on never returning again!

I honestly dislike anything the property isnt well kept chipped paint on walls coffee maker in rooms missing piece to hold coffee pod in and coffee machine just didn’t work.

The manager was extremely rude, he attempted to guilt trip me by threatening me that if I "didn't pay the last day of my stay (because apparently only the last day's payment didn't go through even though the receptionist confirmed that I paid everything upfront at check-in) he would fire her, that she was a single mom and that if I didn't pay it would be my fault she lost her job. He also kept raising his voice at me and interrupting me when I was asking questions regarding how this even happened, he refused to send me the digital copy of my receipt until I paid for the extra day that was "missing" and his disgustingly rude demeanor caused me extreme emotional distress, which caused me to have a panic attack afterward.

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The microwave and mini-fridge were in good working order. The bed and bath linens were clean and adequate. Climate control was efficient although the humidity level was a bit high. The shower head had adjustable settings and provided good water pressure for bathing. The indoor pool area was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast area was clean with plenty of seating. The complimentary breakfast choices were waffles with syrup, oatmeal, 4 cold cereal options, fruit, juice, hot tea, cocoa mix and coffee. Coffee and hot water are available 24/7 by machine offering bold, medium, mild and decaf options. Staff associates were friendly and helpful. Parking is adequate and this motel's location provides easy interstate/highway access. A family-friendly restaurant and grocery store share the area lot space with this motel and are within easy walking distance. We enjoyed a quality 5-night stay at this motel for a very reasonable price and we will stay again when in the Lee's Summit area. PLEASE don't expect high-end, 5-star hotel accommodations and then leave negative reviews. For budget-friendly pricing and a nice, clean, safe place which offers everything needed for a pleasant stay, we highly recommend this Super 8 Motel in Lee's Summit, Missouri.

The room was dirty and smelled horrible

The room was nice, and the clerk who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The pool was in good condition as well. There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the hallway on the second floor, though. The breakfast was disappointing. They had waffles, apples, cold cereal and juice, which was nice, but that was it. What was bad for us was the coffee machine dispensed water, no coffee. We told the morning clerk. He came over to it, took out a cartridge, and told us "It isn't working." That was it. He didn't even try to make coffee. I saw him about five minutes later outside smoking a cigarette. Personally, I would rather have had coffee than any of the breakfast items offered.

Breakfast was good Bathroom was dirty and the room had a bad smell.

The hotel was tired and the breakfast was skimpy.

Dingy, dirty, out of date, minimal breakfast, horrible smell to the entire place. NOT the money.

The front desk ladies were both very kind and professional. The room was fresh and clean. The only complaint I have is, if check out time is 11am, then why are the cleaning people knocking on your door at 10:30 continuously? Other than that I'm very happy with my experience.

The floor in my room was dirty there were crumbs all over the table a loaf of bread and a half eaten bag of chips in the top drawer I had to take out trash and on top of it I got charged 100 extra dollars for room damage when I have no idea what that's about

The place was just perfect for what we needed. Just stay after a game and it was correctly priced for what you get. Theres an indoor pool, breakfast, rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are a little outdated but that didnt bother us. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful.

Room was missing a full length mirror and no hair dryer. Had a weird smell throughout the building. Room smelled strongly of smoke.
