Baymont by Wyndham Lewisville

Faucet broken, walls written on.

It is surprising that this is a Wyndham property- it is in such disrepair and not clean. This really should be a $35 a night motel and I would not recommend for couples or families.

AC did not work. Maintenance person was called onsite to unfreeze AC. Fiancé had to clean AC to remove it and debris. No wash cloths in bathroom. No tissue stocked. Dead bugs behind the entertainment center where the TV sits. Fridge was so dirty and nasty. It smelled super bad. Took 24 hours for the fridge to get cold. Freezer part still did not work. Holes in wall in bathroom. Socket outlet by entry of door had shortage. No breakfast at all. Toast and waffles. Watered down juice from dispensary which was water. Area was dirty where cereal was poured. Syrup wasted in bowl. Morning shift change. A male staff was not friendly and did not want to be bothered when asked about the AC and house keeping. Sheets was changed but blanket was left and not replaced. Trash was not removed. Carpet was not vacuum. Nothing was wiped down.

Absolutely nothing Bugs in the bed. Room looks like a crime scene. The room had an awful odor

It was a horrible stay. It was dirty, hot, smelly, rigged and unkept. I would not ever recommend to any one. Dirty sheets, blankets, pullow cases etc... They kept running out of blankets and towels. The towels/ gace clothes were very poor quality.

Great water pressure though.

This was the worst motel I ever stayed in the first room. The floor was completely wet from the water coming from the air conditioner. The rooms were dirty dingy. They had a fake comforter on the bed. The room was supposed to have an iron in it when they call for Room service, the phone was disconnected, and then the person at the desk said I would have to come up to the desk to retrieve anything that I needed because they didn’t provide room service they were dope dealers hanging out all around the facility. It was the worst experience I ever had

My stay was horrible, dirty sheets, dirty walls, nothing was good about my stay, also I was interrupted at 12:40 am while trying to sleep.
