Motel 6 Lewisville, TX - Medical City

I will never recommend anyone to go to this motel. They had so many roaches everywhere even going inside the fridge and the microwave. I told one of the workers there and he didn’t do nothing about it. All he said was, “Would you like me to get you another room? I said no thank you. I’m sure there’s roaches in the other rooms as week. All he said was he will let his manager know. Also I was in the non-smoking floor and it’ smell like cigarettes really bad.. There is no need for roaches to be in the Motel Room at all. I won’t be coming to this motel EVER again I even have proof of roaches.

Sheets were stained, a/c was off therefore making room hot and long to cool down, no local channels, bedsheets torn, floor burnt.

Room was quiet but tv didn't work without signing in to amazon.

I was initially happy with the price ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES, i left on my second night and was denied a refund upon discovering multiple roaches in my room. Not only that but there was some sort of weird engraving on my headboard aswell and the walls in the bathroom looked dilapidated

I called front desk The lady said"I will talk to them" The fight escalated into the hall,right by my door.Screamig,cussing I called front desk who said " I will talk to them I said "if you don't call the police,I will She again said " I will talk to them.I said "no it is to dangerous" I called police. The next day ,I mentioned the "fight" to the man at the front desk. He said"They were just having to much fun,which is ridiculous! I was scared that they were going to hurt each other or another guest. Will never stay at Motel 6 again !!

When walking into the lobby a wall of pot smell hits you you think when you get past the lobby it will be better but no as a smoker walking down a hall full of no smoking signs and all I could think was it smells like an ash tray in here. Got in the room and no ac was on so it was supper hot. There was someone’s hair still on the bath tub. Poop on the door and I honestly almost walked out. If I hadn’t been so exhausted I would have. The tv remote did not do anything for that tv but turn it on. I woke up at 3:00 am and ran out.

The few times I was there,there were a lot of bugs crawling around, which was not acceptable! The next thing they must , must have or offer is some kind of breakfast in the morning there, eggs, waffles, pancakes, or toast, not just coffee and tea! There's nothing close by, so if you have no transportation,, a complimentary breakfast would be great, not just coffee. Maybe have a toaster oven, orange juice, microwave, refrigerator downstairs at breakfast times 7-10am would be great. Next ALL rooms should be equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.Or and more candy and drink machines that are cheaper if you don't want to have food in there.prices are a little high for at least not having breakfast items.you should have some time of delivery service there at lunch or dinner times coming in there like Uber,pizza delivery,or any of the other delivery places, Door dash,etc. Also all TV's must be in working and Free,like said before,the service desk guys were always very nice up front .But needing some improvements like I mentioned,hoping this place will look at it. No continental breakfast, no close stores if you're walking or don't have a vehicle you need some delivery services coming in there,and having more machines,snacks,drinks,candy,food machines The other thing I don't like is the bugs in the room, ( roaches, spiders, etc.) There being No refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. They should all have one. For people that may want to stay a little longer than a week or monthly.

Charged a little much for how rough the rooms are. Didn't have a fridge or a microwave. And I've stayed in other rooms there had them.

Dirty room with hair of some other people, but lots of hair, lots of dirt and the person in a bad mood, very rude.

The front desk was barely attended, and the overall condition of the place was extremely disappointing. Bags and carts were left scattered everywhere, making the area look messy and poorly managed. Based on my experience, this place definitely deserves a one-star rating.

The location is near my job The had roaches and they want let me get rooms anymore because they claim I took sheets which is false

Room where you the guest have to start the AC )I mean u knew I was coming but ok …. Then turns out the AC in that room is not working .called reception they come acting like they don’t know it doesn’t work then Move me in another room where the ac actually works …..bottom Line some rooms have no working AC and they will act like they don’t know it ……should have know it’s hot in elevator and hallways too …//

Mal olor , sábanas sucias , el lugar te hace sentir inseguro , no pude quedarme , solo entre ala habitación vi el lugar y me retiré , no me devolvieron el dinero , no me dieron ninguna solución , la verdad las fotos que tienen colocadas son falsas , porque ese lugar está muy deteriorado
