The folks who work at the hotel are the salt of the Earth; good people to their marrow. Housekeepers are always polite. Cleaning up after people is hard work and not very rewarding; please be polite. Manager. Chris, is professional and responds swiftly to requests. The front office/desk staff are courteous. The hospitality business is demanding and brings more often than not, some customers who are rude and in some instances downright nuts. So, be polite when you travel and wherever you choose to stay for holiday or business, hotel biz is not what hollywood depicts as glamorous and people smile and skip about, perfect guests ever lovely, who in reality, prove baboons have better manners. All in all, This place is A-ok. Bottled water is not always available.

Room was terrible. Flooring was coming up. The room was dirty. Bugs all over the bathroom. Top of toilet was missing lid. No water pressure. Worst place I have ever stayed. Burn it down. It was so dirty. I could not walk around room without shoes due to floor damage

Each person who works there is super nice. All professional and solution oriented to requests. Nothing related to the hotel nor staff. Ppl with dogs should pick up pet waste.

Great stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained during my stay on August 17th and 18th. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout. It was a reliable, hassle-free experience with excellent value. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Housekeeping staff are sweet. Mgmt is direct and on point. Air conditioning in the room required a repair person to check it out. I was quite impressed with Chris, the mgr, he accompanied the repair person into the room. Kudos! N/A

The room was clean and overall the stay was good. However, the lady at the front desk was a bit difficult to work with and added an unexpected extra charge.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The front desk staff was friendly and made check-in quick and easy. The location was convenient for getting around town, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Smoke odor was prevalent everywhere except the front lobby. Staff took care of my issue with consideration and professionalism. Rooms need an update and carpet throughout should be removed. There is no elevator. You have to take stairs to the second floor.
