The staff couldn’t help even get towels. No A/C working in most rooms or very weak breakfast is a joke. Yogurt and frozen sausage biscuits

The staff was nice and helpful This places is infested with roaches. The beds are lumpy and very uncomfortable. The toilet had no flushing power and the shower had no water pressure. At only $50 a night I guess you can't complain too much, but the roaches were gross. There was a roach splated in the wall. HOW DO YOU NOT CLEAN THAT

The facility was adequately maintained. Reception was friendly and attentive. Access to the location was easy. Parking was convenient. Check out was also smooth, friendly, and efficient. Overall, everything was clean. However, more attention could be given to corners and around the edge in the bathroom. There was some accumulated grime in those locations. Housekeeping also attempted entry into the room before 9:00 a.m. when I had not even checked out.

Price I understand it was a great price, but breakfast was slim to none...pitiful

Room was what I paid for.. The cash only deposit I was made to pay!

Two nights ago I booked a last minute room, due to bad weather, for my daughter who was traveling with a friend around 10pm. Price point was great and really didn't need anything except a clean bed to sleep for the night. All seemed OK. Room looked clean enough. But after turning off the lights they noticed movement in the cell phone light. Her friend jumped up and turned the light on and there were tiny bugs scurrying on the bed. They called me and took pics and realized they were bed bugs! After quickly removing their personal items from the room they went to the front desk to get their cash deposit back and request a refund since they could not stay there. The clerk checked their room and gave the deposit back, but told them Expedia had to issue a refund since it was booked through Expedia, and since it was booked same day as arrival it was "non refundable." I was on the phone with them and a live chat with Expedia at the same time. Expedia called motel, but told me the manager wasn't available and the manager is the one who has to issue a refund. I am still waiting for that refund!! Thank God the girls saw the bed bugs right away, but they still had to find another hotel close by and pay for a second room for the night, and next morning had to buy bed bug spray and go through the car and all of their items piece by piece. It is unfair not to issue a full refund to someone who has to leave through no fault of their own! No one should issue a room with bedbugs!
