Extended Stay America Suites Lexington Nicholasville Road

For the price, this room was clean, fresh, and great location. Nothing fancy. And the breakfast was ok for eat and fun, muffins & coffee.

This is the worst extended stay I have ever stayed at. We booked for the weekend and did not last 12 hours. Let me tell you the story of how we got here. We arrived late Friday, did a quick glance over the room and area, and it seemed adequate, but boy were we wrong. We came back from grabbing food to find four police cars, a fire truck, and an ambulance in the lot. There was non-stop commotion, so we did not sleep at all. When I went to take a shower, a bug ran across the floor, the shower curtain was moldy, and the towels were dirty. My husband went to exchange them, but they gave him more dirty towels and microfiber cloths for washcloths. The manager, Roseilita (probably not spelled correctly), will not compensate us.

The room wasn’t clean. There was dirt on the pillowcase and towel. When we asked for 2 more towels (2 provided for 4 people) we were told we needed to turn in the dirty towels first. We didn’t have dirty towels yet, but we needed enough for 4 people.

It was great service The place was clean. Staff was very polite and respectful.

My room wasn't clean, Especially the bathroom in 320 was disgusting, smelled like old dog pee had been sitting in there for weeks, hair , dust and bugs surrounded the tub area so much so that the towel and soap they left folded on tub upon arrival was left there and I took a bath at my father's house. I had told staff that my room was not clean and I didn't get a empathetic response or I'm sorry, they took my money and proceeded to about fee's

It was clean and staff was helpful and friendly as well as plenty of things to do in walking distance.

Cockroaches in the room. Running down the wall. Dead in the floor. Receptionist in drugs, falling asleep trying to check me in! I did not stay the night. It was nasty!

I like the mini kitchens. The room was clean and modern. The bed was very soft with nice sheets and pillows. The tv was well sized. Good experience.

It was dirty. There was an old toothbrush on the mirror, there was a plastic bag on I hope was the smoke alarm. Lots of spiders, it just wasn’t very clean.

I would never stay here again! The staff was surly. People were smoking just outside our room. The exterior areas had trash and cigarette butts. There were unsavory characters hanging around the exterior of the building. The cost was ridiculously high. There was no carpet on the floor. The bathroom needed a complete renovation.
