Rooms weren’t clean

staff, house keeping, the ability to care and help the customer out.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of Quaker instant oatmeal and coffee. Not even any fruit.

The beds and rooms are nasty..

The worker was absolutely awesome

Nothing. Everything. It was the nastiest place I’d ever walked in. Cockroaches on the counter by the tiny kitchen area that was probably built in the 70’s. The floor was disgusting. Worse than the parking lot. We didn’t accept this room so they gave a second room which was next to an “apartment” room with the windows open and the person inside openly smoking marijuana like it was a just a normal occurrence at the local market. We didn’t even unlock that door. We refused. We canceled the stay. This place is like stepping onto a filming set of SVU!

I loves the cleanliness and the staff was amazing.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and we loved the little kitchen we had with our room. Will definitely try to return.

Clean and easy

The room was wonderful very clean and everything stocked. Then also had a kitchen so the front desk supplies u wit Wat u will need to cook wit a coffee pot and toaster 2 pans dish drainer 2 cups bowls plates also silverware. Very nice the staff is amazing. Not only r they very helpful and nice but will go out of their way to make sure ur stay is great. Will return again.

The rooms were not clean. The beds and towels were dirty. There were multiple incidents with the keys for the doors not working. The environment was not safe.

Of us showed up around midnight to check -in we had to wait 15-20ish minutes for the night shift clerk to help us(he said he was having to clean a room for someone). I had 3 rooms reserved. When I arrived to the room I was sleeping in, it had not been cleaned either. Both beds had been slept in, there was trash. So I went to the front desk to the poor night clerk came to clean our room. All the while my nephew and I sat outside on the stairs and ate our food. When we were finally allowed to get back into our room, the beds had been changed and the trash taken out but the room was not clean. There was something on the nightstand, old toothpaste in the sink, and old soap in the shower. I do not blame the night clerk at all. I felt very sorry for him. Day shift and management left him all alone in a bad situation. Know they would have multiple people checking in late after the music festival was over. Three times I told the front desk our room was not clean, not once was I offered any sort of discount. My family comes to Lexington every June for Railbird. Needless to say we WILL NOT visit this location again.

We stayed for railbird festival and unfortunately they had roaches it was dirty and water wasnt good pressure and no hot water in bsthroom sink. Think twice

Nothing and way over priced. Everything. Wasn’t very clean for the process price no hair dryer little bitty shampoo no vending machines. Room smelled liked musk or dirty feet.

The location Outside very dirty, room need painted, parts replaced.. in need of repair , roachs

Decent for a short stay. Grab and go breakfast was non existent, coffee was out, hot water out, very little choice for breakfast.

Centrally located

The ability to cook a meal, from the comfort of my room. I don't have anything to complain about.
