Cleanliness, helpful staff, arrangements

We got a room, the bed smelled like urine, the tv was not working and there was a weird smell, called reception and we were moved to a different room which was perfectly fine.

Clean, easy layout, pool, and gym. Free breakfast was awesome. The bathroom door is a “farmhouse style” sidling door. Didn’t offer full privacy.

The room was GREAT! Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! I enjoyed my stay!

TV did not work but Maurice came promptly. Tried to fix it, but the TV was dead. Becky at front desk very helpful

Room was clean. Nice stay Breakfast didn’t look very appetizing.

Only issue is the state complementary parking but charge $3.87 for it.

The free breakfast was below average. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The pillows were terrible. I had to buy my own pillows for the rest of my stays.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was accommodating and professional. Great hotel. Great stay.

The staff went out of their way to ensure our room, breakfast requests, and security while staying at the hotel were important to them.

Very nice spacious rooms. Easy location to get on the highway. Staff was kind and got us checked in quickly.

The room was great! The amenities were a bit underwhelming (Most of the cardio equipment in fitness room was out of order, the breakfast area was essentially the front hallway, pool was under maintenance each morning), but all-in-all, it was a good experience. No issues.

Nice facility, good location. A little disappointed in breakfast selections.
