2nd stay here. Rooms are clean, and spacious. Breakfast is good.

Oh my, the pool and the management of the pool. They were kind. And so helpful, plus the individual who oversees the pool. Very knowledgeable and professional.

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the shower didn't work at all! Not even a drop of water. When my husband told staff at the front desk, they didn't care, didn't try to give us another room , a refund or even a discount. So we couldn't even take a shower at all. This would have been an easy fix. The staff on duty chose to not care. Very poor service for a quality hotel

Adequate property and offerings overall - travel for UK football game. Good location with multiple restaurant choices nearby. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was good, room was clean but had a few stains on the carpet. Bathroom were clean. Hotel was clean over all. Didn't use the pool or workout room.

Stayed for only one night with family we absolutely enjoyed our stay and most definitely will stay again also breakfast was delicious.

We left for 2 hours for dinner came back the room smelled like a sewer. Notified front desk he came up to room with glade air freshener. Grabbed a glass and put water in back of toilet a few times and then set the glass beside our toothbrush and mumbled nothing we can do tonight bring the glade back down tomorrow morning at checkout. ENCORE- the refrigerator kept us up with the sewer small all night. Sounded like a 1945 Che y engine. The guy at desk this morning replied after I let him watch and hear the video. “ yeah”. No apologies or nothing.
