The towels were of basic quality. The breakfast was good and the lobby seating area was nice. The outdoor seating area was nice as well. $600 for 2 nights was not a good deal.

The property is clean and well maintained. Housekeeping services were outlined well. Light cleaning occured daily with fresh towels if desired. We did not take advantage of the pool. The breakfast selection was pretty standard for included fare. We took advantage of the waffle maker, yougurt and fruits that were available. The property is located within minutes of downtown and various attractions. There is a set of train tracks behind the building with a sound dampening wall. We only heard one train. Overall, would recommend staying here.

Clean, convenient, comfortable.

This was the best experience we have had while traveling in a long time. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the rooms were the largest we have ever seen at similar style hotels. The beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool. Parents loved the accessibility to laundry and the morning breakfast buffet which had a great variety. They had everything you needed for a long stay and a great fit for families. We wished we could have been there longer and plan to return.

Clean room friendly staff

This hotel was very clean. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and liked the layout of the room. The common spaces were very spacious and gave plenty of room to relax

Our room was very clean and spacious. Having the free laundry feature is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: The pool is very small. Complimentary breakfast is nice to have, but the biscuits were very hard. My friends in room lock supposedly "locks itself from the inside if the door is slammed" (we thought someone else was in the room) I only gave staff 4 stars because housekeeping came into our room without knocking about 15 minutes after we arrived. We were getting ready to go to dinner and my son was changing in the bedroom area. It was very disturbing. I let the front desk know the situation and they apologized and said they'd talk to housekeeping.

Nice and clean in a great location.

Clean room and nice size. There were no luggage carts available when we checked in, so I asked for one. The attendant was like if there were none over by the door then they were up on the floors in use. About 30 minutes after we checked in and struggled with our luggage, I received a text requesting that the luggage carts be returned to the lobby if not in use. I was like oh really?? The attendant could have sent out a text for us but did not??? So I went down to the lobby just curious to see if they were being returned and they were. Hmmm…. That will stay in the back of my mind the next time we need a hotel to stay in. Oh and the oatmeal looked like soup.

Our Stay was absolutely wonderful. You can tell that the staff really cared. They were personal and attentive. They were always smiling and just seemed to want to help in any way they could. The breakfast was fantastic! We had a good variety and it was nice. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!
