A great location. Shops and restaurants nearby

Room and the hotel at large were very clean. The hotel was centrally located and the surrounding area had lots of restaurants and shopping.

The location is great. The rooms are clean abd spacious.

The staff was not friendly. The hallway was cluttered with dirty towels and sheets. This was very unusual. Maid service did not remove trash.

The location was very close to a main shopping center and several restaurants. The staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. Clean overall. The breakfast was good. The shower didn't have very good water pressure and was a bit on the cold side (however, that was after 2 people had just used it and stated they liked the shower). The trundle bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Cute very good rooms for price, especially in the perfect spot.

Location The bathroom door is glass and faces the bed—so if you want to use the bathroom and turn on the light it wakes up the other person The gray colors makes the property look dirty

Overall great place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and nice. We would love to stay there again but it’s doubtful we will. We were in town for a weekend that brought in a lot of tourism in Lexington. Because of that, we paid for one night what you typically pay for 3-4. No complaints on that- it is what it is. But when we checked in we asked for late check out. We were told that housekeeping is in charge of that and we would just need to tell them in the morning. We did so. Then the front desk told us that it was not available and the people the night before shouldn’t have said that. Poor training and bad customer service on their part. As I said, the hotel itself was fine and the area is nice. But so are a lot of other hotels in Lexington, with much friendlier and helpful staff.

The breakfast was a simple breakfast with decent options for the kids and adults weekdays till 9 AM weekends 10AM
