Origin Lexington a Wyndham Hotel

Location This is the second time I have had a problem with this location. The first time I tossed it up to being a fluke. Things happen. This time I arrived and my reservation had been cancelled. Not by myself or booking.com. There were no rooms to accommodate my family left and the girl at the front desk really couldn’t be bothered anyways.

Everything the staff was super nice I think the girl at the front desk was named Hannah she was super nice and the girl at the restaurant I believe her name was amber she was very sweet we would stay here again I don’t have anything bad to say

Clean, very nice rooms and perfect location. Luckily, there is a Starbucks nearby because for coffee lovers the Keurig stinks and the coffee at the restaurant is average.

Just one matter to address: the front desk stewards were, quite frankly and sadly, abysmal... and the only smudge on this otherwise perfect stay. They had a very rude and off-hand manner when speaking to guests. We arrived a little early and our room was not ready. No problem! But there was no offer to hold our luggage for us and they watched us drag it back outside to load back into our vehicle. Not a smile or a "welcome!" to be seen. Hopefully this will be addressed and rectified soon, because this hotel really is lovely!

Great location and well maintained hotel. Also, has a really nice bar and friendly staff!!

Location Would have like to have had a hand held shower

Hotel was nice and in a good location. One of the reasons we picked this hotel though was for the bar. Online it says the bar is open until 11pm on friday and Saturday. We got to the bar at 9:30 on Friday night and the bar was completely closed. We asked the staff if it was still open and they said not only do they close at 10pm but they decided to close at 9:00pm because there weren’t any customers at the bar. I told the lady it says they close at 11 online and she said it’s 10. So whatever time they close, just be prepared for them to close even earlier.

Exceptional

Front desk availability is limited. The bed was dirty upon arrival, my room had to be switched. The new room bathroom door was broken. My room wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping on day 2. Overall I expected more from this location for the price.
