Origin Lexington a Wyndham Hotel

We were only in Kentucky overnight, but the hotel was very close to UK and was in a great area with higher-end shops and restaurants.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. I spoke with manager. Very nice. He told me he would address the issue. I stay out 75-100 nights a year. Historically this is one of the cleanest properties I stay in. I look forward to staying again.

Check-in into hotel was at 4:00 PM and still at 7:00 PM rooms were not ready for us and several others. We had to be somewhere at 7:45 PM and finally got our rooms at 7:15 PM and had to quickly get ready and we were all rushed to be ready so we could make our dinner reservation. We had 3 rooms and all had to wait. If we didn't push that we needed a room otherwise we were getting ready in the public bathroom. Disappointing and only offered 2 breakfast vouchers for 7 people.

I loved the service, people, room was nice and clean and especially when you travel with a dog it’s very nice and convenient

The hotel is beautiful my only complaint was we showed up at 5pm and our room wasn’t ready which was fine we walked around got a drink at the bar but when the room still wasn’t ready at 7pm that’s annoying. Luckily staff was helpful and knocked the price down for us and explain how busy they were. Other than that room is large and gorgeous, very clean and well maintained in a good area.

Having a restaurant on-site was amazing for a later arrival. Rooms were clean and we're as noted in pictures. The lo by was beautiful and staff was very friendly.

Location was convenient Housekeeping completely skipped cleaning our room the first day, then subsequently days after left things in our room, like a dirty pillowcase (hopefully ours), cleaning spray bottle, etc. It made us feel like the room was not really cleaned very well. Reception didn’t have any clean towels on the day that housekeeping missed our room so we had to use small hand towels.

Clean, convenient location, staff were excellent, this is my second stay here. Love it!!
