This place is beautiful and clean and well maintained. We had a corner room with a king bed and a sofa bed. We opened the sofa bed to fold it out and found there’s not enough room between sofa and the bed to fully open the sofa bed. Of course bed is bolted to the floor. When I texted to ask for towels, they arrived quickly and with a smile. I later texted for sofa bed linens and pillows. No response for an hour. We tried to call front desk and housekeeping, no answer, so I walked down to front desk and attendant brought them to the room within 30 minutes. She noticed the sofa bed partially opened and suggested we fold the end part down and I showed her that it wasn’t possible and she said oh, I’m sorry. As I stated before. The place is great, there was just this hiccup

I stay at this hotel when I am in town. Love the location. Lately the rooms have been extremely humid. Which makes for a restless night of sleep. They should look into getting it fixed.

If you want a good night sleep or naming of privacy I really do not recommend this hotel. And it is not a cheap motel price! There are so many other hotels around the area, that are less expensive.

The bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet, and I got a wonderful night sleep before having to get up early in the morning to finish my commute home.

Messaged front desk. Answer to all the problems was to send engineering to fix. Fridge never fixed. Don’t try to keep any leftovers or you’ll become sick. They dropped the ac to 68 while we were gone. That made matters worse. Complained again the next morning. This time engineering brought a tiny dehumidifier and turned the temp back down to 68. It was already full after 2-3 hours. That was a joke again. We would have to empty this out every 2-3 hours while sleeping. Our attempt worked better. I had to turn on the heat instead. Bear in mind it was 95-100 degree days. Our last night there we also went to the bar. Ordered the Old Fashioned on special. Bartender (Whitney) could make it do to missing items. She suggested making a different version. We were fine with that but lo and behold the bill was $41 bucks instead of $30. This was not a high end drink but most certainly high end price. The room could be cleaner. Under the desk was all sticky and slimy. Shower has broken tiles and water swelling drywall. Asking for compensation.

Really nice hotel. Love the location. Atmosphere, decor, lobby, restaurant and bar area really nice. Comfortable stay, king room was roomy and like the extra long counter. Bathroom had broken tile in the shower, bathroom floor dirty especially in the corners.

Location This is the second time I have had a problem with this location. The first time I tossed it up to being a fluke. Things happen. This time I arrived and my reservation had been cancelled. Not by myself or booking.com. There were no rooms to accommodate my family left and the girl at the front desk really couldn’t be bothered anyways.
