Staff at the property were very unhelpful. Vague when we checked in, then showed no sign of acknowledgement when passing through reception, then refused to help us get us any prepackaged breakfast items when 5 minutes passed the breakfast closing time - after nobody told us the closing time was 10am on a Sunday and we should have prebooked a late breakfast. Rooms were nice but no warmth or friendly service here.

We thought the bed to be too soft. And we’d really like if there had been ONE grab bar in the shower. Not handicapped but I kept looking for something to grab on to!

Simple..Good! Oatmeal to much Water! Eggs..Extremely Bland! However there was Super Breads, Bagel, Yogurt & Fruit! Coffee needs to be Stronger like All your Other Hotels!

We ended having our AC break in our home and had to find a hotel at almost midnight so we arrived exhausted, over-heated, grumpy and with three small children to boot. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean, organized and the staff were really nice.

Great bed comfortable mattress Clean rooms Night front desk clerk should be anything but the front face of the hotel Didn't greet us, when I asked for a toothbrush he didn't say a word just went and got one for me. Said nothing when he handed it to me. Thanks for having those available as a guest it was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again just need to get someone else as the night person from desk clerk.
