Clean, well kept rooms. Staff was extremely helpful. Nice breakfast area. Only down side was the pool is under renovation.
-
I’ve stayed here before and I would stay again. I like the breakfast. However, the pool was out of order and I wish had known before checking in. We had planned to swim. Did not have wash cloths, but went down to desk and got them.

The parking was convenient, and the breakfast lady and the checkout staff were cordial and pleasant. We arrived late at night and could not get the shade in the room to go down. The staff on duty were not helpful and resolving that situation. The facilities looked outdated. The bed was not the most comfortable. We had a room reserve for two and they only put one set of bath towels in the room. The breakfast was OK, but I have been to other Hampton Inn that had superior food. The water bottle fill machine was out of service as was the pool. The hotel seemed adequate but nothing great.

It was a very nice room.
-
Property was in a nice, newer, and convenient area. Safe and secure with a lot of dining and shopping options nearby. Room was clean and modern, breakfast offerings were great. Would gladly stay there any time I'm back in Lexington

Staff was very friendly.
-
Great location next to a great coffee shop and some great restaurants.
-
My only problem was a parking fee per day. I reviewed my descriptions and no one stated a $5 per day parking fee. This is not a lot of money but I should have been told. At check in I asked what the total was and it was just as I had agreed. That would have been the time to say PLUS THE $5 PARKING PER DAY>
