TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lexington Keeneland/Airport

Very nice rooms, great size also. I didnt get the pleasure of having breakfast but I did take a cup of coffee for the road. I wish I would have asked for a first floor room because I had a dog to take up and down the elevator and she didnt like it.

Quick and easy access to the airport. Room was nice and very spacious.

We stayed in this room for two nights and had everything we needed. It was a comfortable clean room and was in a good location. We would definitely stay there again.

The moment we arrived the Lady at the fromt desk came out and helped us with our luggage I know that was not a part of her job, but she went beyond her duties to help us out I just got out of surgery and was still quite dizzy she noticed and really helped us out. Can't thank her enough! she even told us ways of how to sa ve money if we ever have to stay at another Marriott Suite. My husband couldn't stop talking about the food bar at breakfast he was so amazed at all the food items they had to choose from. I didn't get to eat had another procedure that morning as well. Everything was bettter than I could have ever imagined thank you so much for making everything easy during a very difficult time.

It was quiet and had easy access to the highway. The near by restaurants were great!

Exceptional

Nice king room with a kitchenette. But we did not use it as we ate breakfast buffet, which was pretty good, and good coffee too.

Housekeeping is only done every other day which normally would be fine but the weather was quite humid during our trip which I would shower twice a day. I requested extra towels and never received them. I also needed extra toilet paper as my room didn't have a backup roll but didn't get that either. I had to go to the first floor and grab toilet paper from a general bathroom used by guests in the lobby. Other than this, the beds were comfortable. the shower pressure was weak and parking is scarce. Some guests had to park in the street. If you are looking for somewhere to just sleep and no luxuries, this is ideal. However, if you are looking to interact with staff and are looking to enjoy the amenities, skip this place.

The pool was too warm, estimate 85 degrees, and had to share with a swim school. As far as complimentary breakfasts go, this one was exceptional.

Some problems with the Internet sign-on, but other than that, the experience was good.

Of the 4 different hotels we stayed at that week, it was the only one that had clean floors in the rooms. I would have thought that was a minimum requirement, but apparently these days, I guess not. Some problems with the Internet sign-on, but other than that, the experience was good.
