TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lexington Keeneland/Airport

Bright and beautiful fireplace outside. The couch was facing the bed and the lower part of the shower glass wasn't cleaned.

Exceptional

Room was clean and staff was very helpful to make sure my stay was perfect!

Great clean room and the airport shuttle top notch!

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy check in. Nice staff.

The room was clean and quiet. We liked the design and layout of the rooms and the hotel. Both desk clerks, a young man and older woman, were very unfriendly and not welcoming at check-in.

Honestly, no. Everything was great!

The hotel and my room were exceptionally clean and comfortable. I arrived late in the evening and was offered a later check out the next day so I could feel well rested, which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived later in the day and were met with friendly, helpful faces. We felt welcomed and cared for and after a long road trip, this was wonderful. Highly recommend this spot for both short or long term stays. With the full fridge and kitchen, it would be ideal for a family.

Marriott website states that there is an airport shuttle from 4 AM to 9 PM, but there is no shuttle. They also charge $25 if you want to check in an hour early, even if the hotel is not busy. Other than that the hotel is fine.

Overall great stay!

Very nice rooms, great size also. I didnt get the pleasure of having breakfast but I did take a cup of coffee for the road. I wish I would have asked for a first floor room because I had a dog to take up and down the elevator and she didnt like it.

Very clean, nice breakfast buffet, loved the full fridge! Pet friendly + Nothing!

Excellent staff and clean room.

Quick and easy access to the airport. Room was nice and very spacious.

We stayed in this room for two nights and had everything we needed. It was a comfortable clean room and was in a good location. We would definitely stay there again.

The moment we arrived the Lady at the fromt desk came out and helped us with our luggage I know that was not a part of her job, but she went beyond her duties to help us out I just got out of surgery and was still quite dizzy she noticed and really helped us out. Can't thank her enough! she even told us ways of how to sa ve money if we ever have to stay at another Marriott Suite. My husband couldn't stop talking about the food bar at breakfast he was so amazed at all the food items they had to choose from. I didn't get to eat had another procedure that morning as well. Everything was bettter than I could have ever imagined thank you so much for making everything easy during a very difficult time.

It was quiet and had easy access to the highway. The near by restaurants were great!

Exceptional

Nice king room with a kitchenette. But we did not use it as we ate breakfast buffet, which was pretty good, and good coffee too.
