The manager over at the hotel is very rude! Terrible attitude. Also I was booked for 2 weeks and only stayed a week. I paid from June 19th- July 3rd. I left on June 26th she was trying to get me to pay additional 510.00 on June 26th I was asking questions and she was getting a attitude she took and told me I had to vacate, she also put a no trust passing on me. All to what i explained above! I will never in my life stay at another extended stay, I will also never refer anybody!!! I’m in the process of trying to get the week I didn’t stay there refunded back to me!!!!

Very old hotel! Spackle all over the walls in the bathroom! Old stove top, no plates, silverware, nothing! There are no amenities! WiFi was horrible, tv kept going in & out! Would not recommend staying here! Sketchy people staying there! I sent a message to the hotel after our stay & they never responded!

The room looked like a renovation project was nothing like the pictures on the website felt like a homeless shelter

Location The toilet tank cover was broken and just laying on the seat, the office chair was gross, and it smelled

Nothing The staff was rude and never available. The rooms were gross, and they didn’t have towels.

Check-in took forever. There is no breakfast.

Feel this property was up to Stay America standards. We’ve stayed at other properties which provide coffee and other grab and go breakfast items at their locations and were disappointed to find it was not available at this location. The shower curtain was missing I our room and was never provided when we reported it. The floor by the beds could have been cleaner.

It is what you should expect for the price and rating. Not bad if thats the only option you have. You can definitely make it work.

Quiet They had to change my room because the one I booked hadn’t been cleaned or made up yet

The location was close to stores and restaurants. You had to pay to use the cookware, pay if you wanted your room cleaned, they only give two towels and you only get to exchange them once for free. You also had to take out your own garbage.

The only good thing about this property was the location close to the Navy Base. The woman at the front counter was unpleasant to say the least. This place was like a very low budget motel that rents by the hour. The carpet in the room was torn in several places, the vinyl floor was dirty, 2 of the lights were not working, there was a partially consumed bottle of water and in the refrigerator, and to top it off there was no shower curtain on the tub/shower.

This was the worst experience ever, elevator not working, ceiling unfinished and patched, bathroom sink no hot water, room extremely hot even with air conditioner on 60 degrees, experience medical emergency nose bleed due to heat in room, attempted to open the window and it fell off the hedges, staff told my fiancé to turn off water that was running continuously from the bottom of sink

Leaving. Checking out! That I never received my refund on wifi package I didnt even use and the deposit that was promised by the front office. All fake welcoming people.

Very run down. Carpet was torn and stained. Bathroom light was burnt out. No toiletries in room.

It was ok My room could not be used by me because they had no internet service. So, I did not get to stay
