The front desk people were so nice and helpful. I had two reservations for two days that they consolidated them so I didn’t have to move rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathrooms seems bigger than other hotels. AC worked great on the 100 degree days. The restaurant lady was very friendly and did a great job keeping the tables clean and people fed. The cleaning lady was also friendly and kept the hotel very clean.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Room was smaller than expected. It also needed a table and chairs for eating or relaxing. There were limited places to sit.

I could also hear people in the room below me coughing so the walls seem to be very thin . Breakfast was the standard , you get at most places . Room service came by only once during my 5 day stay .

The room, service and amenities met expectations for this price tier, no issues. The stand out was the great fitness center for hotel at this tier. Good sized room multiple aerobic machines and anaerobic equipment choices and all were in good shape and working.

The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay! Helpful suggestions: fitted sheets were not really wrapped under mattress corners and came off every night. Also, please check levels of the shower body wash container often. Ours was near empty upon arrival, and never was refilled while there. Breakfast was great! Thanks to welcoming front desk staff!

However, the condition of the room did not meet expectations. I observed several dead insects in the room and noted visible stains on the bed and mattress. I documented these issues with photographs.

. The window above the air conditioner is leaking water in room 309. But not bad just noticeable.

Never cleaned room. At least could have emptied trash cans and old food was left in fridge from last people that stayed there.
