The pillow are not good.

The parking lot was very small, the carpets in the room were stained, and the coffee ran out, no was found to refill it. Which ended up being a good thing because we walked 2 blocks down to Sweet Treats Bakery, which had good coffee and a friendly atmosphere, and the owners were very friendly. Other than that it was fine.

My biggest complaint is that the walls are paper thin. We had crying babies/toddlers in the room next to us, and we heard them all day and night. One morning, someone's alarm went off at 6 am and kept going for 10 minutes, and we had to call the front desk. I would only stay here again because of the great downtown location with reasonable rates.

We had a wonderful stay at The Gin Hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we really enjoyed our time there. It was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again!

Location is awesome. Nice old building. The furniture was very tired and the carpet was kind of gross. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed very well. TV was small and no guide for channels. Lobby kind of smelled like rotten eggs.

Good location near the highway and in a historic district. We were awakened at 5am by the trash dumpster being emptied. So not happy about that.

Historical hotel in center of town. Nice for restaurants and walking. Breakfast was sweet cereals and boxed bagels but coffee was readily available. They promised continental and it was.

We stayed here specifically for the outdoor dining area. The restaurant and bar were closed. Room was so tight that we had to coordinate the two of us moving around. Glass shower had no door, sink overflowed easily, AC blew warm… could not recommend.

The new decor was nice, but the pocket door to the bathroom was so stiff and sticky, it took two hands to open and close it. The continental breakfast offerings were standard, but the lighting was so dark in the area I couldn’t tell if my coffee cup was full or if I had added enough cream. Ended up going to Starbucks.

Wonderful historic hotel! Fantastic location for walking around Lexington. Excellent restaurant and atmosphere!
