Annabell Gardens is great for short or long-term stays. We love the 2 BR suites with the kitchen and in-suite washer/dryer units. The outdoor pool is such a nice perk. Breakfast is very good. The late night ice cream is such a treat.

Very clean property. Rooms were updated and clean, with the exception of the couch, it looked like it was straight from the 1980s. Also hot water ran out real quickly when one person took a shower. They advise you wait 25 minutes between showers which was kind of annoying. Besides the outdated couch and the running out of hot water everything else was great.

We loved the property and especially the staff. We had trouble with our Wi-Fi, which didn’t really matter because we weren’t in the room very much but it was a problem. Overall, a good experience.

We enjoyed everything about this Hotel. We definitely enjoyed the Ice Cream! Thank you for having such wonderful employees!

On the internet the place looks fantastic and I’m sure it mostly is. Unfortunately, my bed was broken, boards sticking out the bottom and I had a terrible nights rest because it was so uncomfortable. I also had an early morning due to no curtains over the blinds, the room faced to the sunrise, it was miserable. The only things wrong with the room were things that affected sleep. I did mention this to the front desk, she was dismissive and asked “well was there anyone sleeping on the pullout bed? You could’ve slept there!” Absolutely not, I paid over $400/night to get the sleep I needed, in my own bed. Plus, I didn’t even realize it had a pull out bed and no credit given, I brought it to their attention because I didn’t want to be charged for a broken bed. We had to fix the leg on the desk as it almost to buckle. The room was great otherwise and clean.

Nice spacious room. great staff. Well stocked convenience mart. Full laundry in room was awesome

Our room was generously large and the in house washer and dryer was a great addition to our stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful and the grounds were well kept. Minus a couple dead trees and bushes. Clean, quiet and great amenities!

A cross country drive brought us to this diamond of the prairie. From the charming buildings to the whimsical statuary that graces the landscaping, this facility is a real gem. 24hr slurpies and soft-serve ice cream delighted my grandkids. Breakfast was ample and comprised of variety of offerings. Best place for travelers in Lincoln!
