Great property - will definitely stay again if we're back in town.

Felt like being at home. Loved the separate bedroom, living room area, kitchen, temperature controls, hot tub, grounds, statuary, ambiance, and breakfast. Rotting wood siding and gutters full of leaves. Having to wait because no one was at front desk when I checked in. Climbing outdoor stairs. Poorly functioning slushie machine. Not enough bath towels.

Breakfast was great. Other food available during the day was good.i

I love Annabelle Gardens. I've stayed there numerous times over the years whenever I need lodging in Lincoln, NE. The staff is absolutely the best. The units feel like home. The grounds are well-kept, and the gazebo in the common area is fantastic for hanging out in nice weather.

We really liked this cozy little studio apartment. We would stay here again. I usually stay with family when in Lincoln, but couldn’t this time because other family members were there. The only down side was that the oven didn’t really get hot. We tried to bake cookies and they took twice as long as normal. The hot tub has no jets and isn’t really hot, just lukewarm. But other than that, we had an amazing stay. We especially liked the variety of beverages that are available 24/7 in the lobby, and the deck to hang out on. Beds are super comfortable and the couch was awesome. Breakfast was ok, coffee was decent. (I am a coffee snob). The location was very convenient near the mall, because there are many restaurants nearby and we didn’t want to be downtown on a game day. It’s a lovely little place to be and we enjoyed it very much.

Very nice facilities. Clean rooms and decent campus. I appreciated the room designed more as a living space with couches, kitchen, and laundry. Complimentary breakfast was also nice to have as an option along with relatively affordable price for the room

Very clean! Well kept! Amazing staff!

Exceptional

We were detained and arrived late, it was dark. The room numbers are very small and hard to see. We had to search quite awhile, the checkin ckerk didn't tell us the room was on the second floor, that would have helped. Also while we search the lawn sprinklers were on, maybe they could be set to come on at 1 or 2 AM instead of late evening. The room it's self was great and so was the breakfsst.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast

Unusual hotel, with separate condos. Grounds were nicely laid out, with plenty of outdoor seating in the garden. Felt like a home from home. Large bedroom with decent size wardrobe. Great to have washing machine and tumble dryer in condo. Good breakfast selection. Variety of coffee options. Pleasant dining area. Everything very clean and tidy. Nothing.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Nicest lodging of our entire trip

Only stayed one night but it is a beautiful property. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms were so cozy and clean! It was a wonderful stay!
