New Victorian Suites

DO NOT STAY HERE! They have random people hanging out outside the hotel people walking in and out without shirts on. It stinks. Mold on the blankets. It’s just a sketchy place. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Location was good. For the most part it was quiet. Used Kleenex on bedside table when I first arrived. Had to ask for toilet paper as no one refilled when cleaning. Burned out light bulb and no shade on lamp. Cigarette smoke in hall and smoking right outside main door.

Everything in the room was dirty. The bathroom smelled like pee and I found a cockroach. Absolutely terrible

The only good thing was the AC. Worked fantastic. Every table was dirty, no one even tried to wipe them down. The free shampoo and conditioner that was supplied was used and empty. The beds were harder then stone. Even my 6 year old was complaining about a sore back. I was up every hour all night to adjust. Plus after the room was paid in full, upon check in another deposit was required. Usually these things are discussed prior to check in. With so many other hotels out there I'll never stay at that location again.

Room was excellent! Hallways could use vacuuming more often. Entry way needed garbage cans emptied when full. One of the folks living there (seemed like a grandpa) seemed lazy and made excuses for cigarette buts all over the entry and general cleanliness around the entrance welcoming guests. We thought the pricing was good.

It was fine. Not as nice as I would have liked for the price.

Location was close to where we wanted to visit People using drugs outside, being charged a deposit after already paying, pool was nasty, trash in hallways

The staff was very kind, courteous and attentive. They allowed my family and I to check in after midnight, which we appreciated. In addition, hot breakfast was available, which as a plus. The facility can use improvement. There were construction obstacles getting to the elevator, which we could overlook. However, there was mold on the shower curtains which made the experience poor. Moreover, they charged us $50.00 to have dogs on top of the cost that we already paid, on a 5 hour stay. The hallway also smelled like someone was cooking with curry. We will not be staying here again until they finish their improvements.

Very helpful staff and clean room

It was a ok hotel. The pool was way smaller then from the pic. Room was not the cleanest, bar of soap left in the shower under the pull out couch was a soda bottle and some garbage, the filters on the air conditioner were dirty.

The room was not as clean as one would expect- the bathroom especially. The pillows were very flat. The comforter was dirty - not just stained. They did not have enough extra bedding for the extra beds they provided. Only 2 towels for a king suite that sleeps 6. The front desk staff was very nice and check-in was a breeze. Worked for what was needed at the moment - would not book again.

Sewer gases were coming from the sink. Had to plug the drain and vent. Price was right. You get what you pay for.
