From the advertising to the actual building is night and day difference the room was ran down and old and had a strong chemical smell. The tv didn’t work if the lights were off and same with the microwave and the quality of the tv was very blurry the carpets were stained and needed vacuumed the bathroom was dirty and the door handle was barely attached and the front door handle was also loose. Would not be staying there again and I’m very disappointed with my stay.

Bad

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, a little small, the bed was not new, but adequate. The AC and heat worked well, the refrigerator was very cold, and microwave worked well. The room seemed a little shabby, but as I said clean. My biggest complaint was the noise level in the hall and slamming doors. Unfortunately we we put next to the pool and fitness center so extra loud.

She called the site worker who ruined down the hall from us and he fixed the lock right away. The worst part was we were there for 3 days and the elevator was out. We were on the second floor. That's still too much walking for this sixty five year old.

The one and only elevator was out of order and it looks like it has been for at least a week. There was no call or warning that the elevator was out, the problem is my wife and I have issues with stairs the listing indicated there was an elevator, since no one called us we did not have a chance to rebook at a different hotel because we went to the Nebraska football game and didn't get back till after 10:00 PM. If we would have know we would have requested a room on the first floor. It is sad that there was no communication from the hotel or hotels.com. I would be reluctant to use this service again because of the lack of communication.

Breakfast was good kind of

ROACHES!! WE FOUND ROACHES! coming out of the light sockets under the bed.

We literally had to kick the bottom of our room door to get it opened our bathroom still had masking tape all around the tub/shower from getting painted. The room smelled like a dirty ashtray and the tv stand was chewd up all over the wood. Just not my standards for $150 pretty much a night. PS bed was really comfy but stressed are there any bed bugs but that was a negitive thank god.

We stayed 3 nights and the dirty towels were never picked up or clean ones delivered. I had to go and get towels and blankets and pillows for the pullout sofa. The carpet in room felt clammy and the area by entrance smelled of marijuana. We stayed in second floor and there were continuous footsteps above us all night long. The remote did not work, even with a change of batteries. The toilet was wobbly and the door knob to bathroom was barely hanging on. On a positive note, the fridge was nice and cool and the beds were comfortable.

Need new mattresses, pillows, and make AC unit vents are clean. We had a frig that quit working.

The hotel was dirty and gross with stains.

There was a roach crawling on our wall. Needs better cleaning and exterminating.

It needed work for updating

One positive is the bed was very comfortable and sheets were soft and clean. I would not go back.

Is more of an extended stay type place. Dirty & old look, elevator malfunctioned twice with us in it. Not a terrible place but definitely better places to stay in Lincoln.

The staff was very pleasant. There was a lot of noise in the hallway throughout the night. The elevator barely worked while we were there.

They are in process of updating the rooms but the current ones are NOT in good shape. First assigned to 2nd FLR room & opened door to instantly have smoke blown into my face. Tried to go back down to front desk to obtain different room. The elevator did NOT work , used stairs. She already had a replacement roomkey ready for me due to many issues with the elevator. Breakfast needed better selection & more staff

Cleanliness, smell, noise, broken fridge, broken blow drier, paint drips

Okay need updated. It was ok

The room was not clean, had a bad smell, we went and bought air deodorizer it was so bad. There were no wash cloths in the room, The lady at the counter offered coffee, but after the first night the door was locked to where the coffee was. We received no cleaning or clean linens the two days we were there.
