Hotel is completely under renovation. Our room was full of paint spills, partial carpet, very dated accommodations.

The room was nice .Beds were comfortable and lots of eating places in walking distance. I would stay there again but they put 700.00 incident hold on my card. They took it off when I checked out but did not budget for that.

As of July 2026, they are doing remodeling. I would stay somewhere else. Shower head dripped all night long, hallways were hot and humid, walls stripped for painting and dusty. I would have never booked this hotel had I known.

Didn’t have my room ready until almost 5pm and then found that the room and all available floors were under construction. No carpet, Sheetrock etc.

The location was great. The property is undergoing renovations hence it is dusty. The breakfast was good. I would book again.

However, the charge for the room was more than what Expedia quoted. The clerk could do nothing about it.

Room was dirty and had a strange odor. Carpet was torn is several areas, and the bed was gross. Hallways were filthy and walls were primered. There was an odd man I observed pacing outside my room. I was there for about 2 hours and left once I didn't hear this strange man in the hallway anymore. I found a different hotel to stay at overnight and called this one to check out later in the evening.

I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations, but I was surprised this wasn’t disclosed when booking. The fitness center was being used as the construction staging area, the pool was closed on some days, and our room had several unfinished or maintenance issues, including missing base trim, loose carpet strings, burned-out bathroom light bulbs, inconsistent shower temperatures, and exposed electrical components related to the AC unit. My biggest concern was safety. Despite housekeeping cleaning our room, my 11-month-old found a loose screw on the floor and put it in his mouth. Thankfully, I noticed immediately and removed it. After our stay, I emailed management directly on July 6 to share these concerns rather than posting a public review. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I hope management improves communication and ensures rooms are thoroughly inspected before being occupied, especially by families with young children.

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding!

Now I have to solve with being charged twice

The greeting night shift was not professional in her greeting and made me feel like a an inconvenience. I understand the reconstruction going on. That’s fine not a big deal to me. My room smelt like cigarette and had a umpleasant smell. Also there was hand prints, dirt and grim on the floors. Pictures were deceiving.

Staff was very helpful getting Internet to work & letting us do a late checkout after cycling so we we refreshed for the ride home. They were undergoing renovations, so some stuff staged in common areas, partially painted walls & rough carpet edges, but no bothersome noise while we were there. Typical breakfast.

The hotel is extremely dated and not in good shape. Our flooring was ripped and holes in ceiling. We actually left and requested a refund. I would not recommend this place.

They were undergoing a renovation. Our room was not the cleanest and not as pictured on the internet. Also due to the renovation we had to check out 3 hours after checking in because of the paint and chemical smell. They were triggering migraines. It would’ve been nice if we were warned of the renovations during the booking process. We booked another hotel and had no issues. The staff didn’t even ask why we checked out hours after checking in. Will not book with them ever again.
