Comfort Suites East Lincoln - Mall Area

Property is in the process of being remodeled, and I think being sold. Stay was good, quiet, just fine for is. Didn't use breakfast or other amenities.

The greeting night shift was not professional in her greeting and made me feel like a an inconvenience. I understand the reconstruction going on. That’s fine not a big deal to me. My room smelt like cigarette and had a umpleasant smell. Also there was hand prints, dirt and grim on the floors. Pictures were deceiving.

Staff was very helpful getting Internet to work & letting us do a late checkout after cycling so we we refreshed for the ride home. They were undergoing renovations, so some stuff staged in common areas, partially painted walls & rough carpet edges, but no bothersome noise while we were there. Typical breakfast.

The hotel is extremely dated and not in good shape. Our flooring was ripped and holes in ceiling. We actually left and requested a refund. I would not recommend this place.

The staff were friendly. The property was under construction, so for example, there were no baseboards in our room and nothing on the walls. I think it should have been discounted a little as it didn’t seem fully ready for guests.

Pool was not available but advertised it was. TV screen half was not working.

They were undergoing a renovation. Our room was not the cleanest and not as pictured on the internet. Also due to the renovation we had to check out 3 hours after checking in because of the paint and chemical smell. They were triggering migraines. It would’ve been nice if we were warned of the renovations during the booking process. We booked another hotel and had no issues. The staff didn’t even ask why we checked out hours after checking in. Will not book with them ever again.

Out room had no cove base and the carpet was painted around the edges I felt like they had tried there best to get room cleaned before giving us keys

I had just driven for over 8 hours and really needed a good night’s rest. Boy oh boy did I ever!!! Then to top it off, I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before getting back on the road again.

There is construction throughout the hotel. No noise in the morning or late at night but stuff everywhere. Would be nice if Hotels.com could inform the guests of the mess before we book an overpriced room. Good location.

Website did not give notice of a major remodel taking place. No laundry available, could not use pool.breakfast was late starting and was fair. Property to change hands end of year to Marriot.

The people were great, everything was clean, but very worn. This used to be my goto motel in Lincoln until about 4 years ago when the lack of maintenance started bothering me. There was construction then, and construction now. Maybe I'll try again in a couple more years. The price was right though.

Even though they are in the middle of a remodel, the rooms are clean and everything functions. Staff is always helpful!

Friendly staff No baseboards. Hole on the wall. No sheets for the sofa sleeper. Obviously the room was being renovated but not done.
