The bathroom itself smelled like sewage, in the middle of construction so everything is a mess. The rooms look outdated than what it shows in the pictures

They are under construction so it’s a bit understandable, but it’s pretty bad. Some outlets don’t work, breakfast was pretty scarce. But the staff is fantastic!

The construction was very messy and my room was not in great condition.

Hotel is under a much needed renovation. It met our short term stay needs but not for 250.00 per night. Way over priced for the condition of the property.

We like the location and after renovation it hopefully be nicer. The breakfast was good. the nights were quiet. the price for a room did not match what the room was like. No pool, no hair dryer, the towels were well worn. When I pay almost $300 a night I expected to have a very nice room and little extras. The room was basic. The motel should have mobility access rooms. When renovations are being done the price should allow for the extra noise and inconvenience.

The whole hotel was under construction. Expected to pay full price (high) for a hotel and room that were extremely under par with not compensation. Ended up cancelling the reservation and going to a different motel.

The hotel Was under construction which i get things will be a little messy and dusty but no ice machines worked on any floors our room was unfinished no baseboards, paint on carpet and it was ripped and the AC hardly worked. Towels in bathroom had gross stains on them. Honestly pictures did not look like the hotel.

Hotel and rooms currently under construction. Rooms also only partially completed. So weird mix of aesthetic, walls unfinished and needing walpaper finished, shower items not yet mounted on wall. It will be nice when finished. Convenient location for us and very kind staff.

I asked for a different room and the manager showed me two other rooms that were basically in the same shape as ours. It was bad.

This hotel is undergoing massive renovations which are not mentioned in the availability listing or on their own website. The first room given smelled moldy and like someone had dumped Copenhagan chewing tobacco all over. They did switch to a new room. However, rooms had baseboards removed, drywall dust on the carpet. The bathroom had been renovated nicely in the room I was moved to, but the rest of the room was partially torn apart. Plastic sheeting over the windows so you cannot see out. The pool is closed. There are signs up that you cannot use the stairs. Only 1 way in/out of the entire hotel. Very disappointed that this was not mentioned. Breakfast was good. That was the only decent part about this. Yes, it will be great once the remodel is completed, but they shouldn't be checking guests into rooms that are partially torn apart.

Breakfast was good. Room was okay. Construction was going on, but everything was quiet after hours.

The entire Billing was under construction everything every room every hall every elevator every square inch was dust with the dust with noise with the noise was sanding and sand blasting and you name it. Nobody disclosed that the Billing was under construction and being remodeled and renovated when my reservations were made not one hit of a disclosure. A speeding included no disclosure nothing.

I have stayed here 5/6 times in the past and it was fine. They are “remodeling” which I was not notified of upon arriving. The lobby looked fine but the room smelled like paint, had carpet tore up, drywall unfinished, no trim with paint splats and drywall dust everywhere. Not a good place for a family with kids and a baby! I requested a different room and was given a key to one that was slightly better but still in a demo state! Ultimately, I had to reload my vehicle and go to a different hotel. I will not ever be returning here.

The staff were kind. The whole place was under construction. There was dirt and grime everywhere. The carpet was pulled up in areas and there were no moldings on the floor. Our door did not lock unless someone went outside and pulled up on the handle to make it click. I paid $186.00 a night for 2 rooms, a total of $372.00, I could have gone to motel 6 or super 8 and paid half the price for better quality. I wish they would have offered a discount or told us what to expect. It DID NOT look like the photos!!

The property is going through renovations and there is no mention of that until you arrive. Didn’t seem like any accommodations were made to account for the poor quality of the rooms, hallways, etc.

Arrived around noon for a concert in town. We were able to check in early & then pick up our keys after the concert that night. AC in the room was a little sketchy & staff moved us to another room asap. Staff was Excellent. Property is being remodeled now but wasn't a problem.
