Friendly staff, clean place. For the price it’s a good place to stay in, front office personnel are nice and helpful.

I didn't appreciate the pet deposit was supposed to be $25 and I find out it's $25 per day also $100 room deposit that I was not notified about until I checked in which overdrew my checking account and staff didn't really seem too concerned about that and it's been over a week and I still have not received my deposit back yet to my account. Steer clear of this place at all cost.

Very nice hotel, and in a good location for our purposes. The staff was excellent. I forgot to ask about cups to go with the ice bucket, though.

Front Desk staff needs to be trained on customer service etiquette. I had to wait 20 minutes for the guy attending the front desk to "catch up" with his work so I could get the keys for the hotel rooms. This after just finishing driving 9 hours from Wisconsin. Additionally, when I asked if they had adjoining rooms, the hotel clerk notified me that I only rented one room (in a rude tone of voice), which it was not true, so I had to show him the reservation confirmation. No wonder there is a sign that states "not to be rude to the hotel staff or your reservation can be cancelled." With the customer service I received, I can see some people lose it. The location where the hotel is located at is horrible. There is a huge pothole right in front of it. You get what you pay for, I guess. However, I think I would have had a better experience staying at a Super 8 and, for $50 more per night, I could have stayed at a nicer hotel (since I rented two rooms).

The breakfast lacked foods that other motels usually furnish. The construction crew staying there had left mud up and down main hall that should have been cleaned up.

Hotel is outdated, showerhead is old and plugged, poor breakfast, ac was not running when we 1st walked in the room and it was 100 outside, checked out 2 days early but couldn't get a refund.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is also spacious and well maintained.

This hotel was very clean and when we walked in the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean only the downfall was the was uncomfortable. Everything else met my expectations. Would stay again!

Best property on our trip

Room for as clean and had all the amenities I needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is in a great location to easily walk 1 block from several different places to the eat. There was ample well lit parking.

Vending machines were a joke. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless they update and tell people the truth about what they do have?

The shower was only warm not hot. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Best place I found in Lincoln that was the perfect balance of not being too expensive but all needed amenities.
