Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lincoln North Hotel and Conference Center, NE

Front desk guy was a character. Had fun chatting with him but he was the highlight of the stay. The place is looking rundown. The place just needs tlc. My mattress had collapsed in one spot, there was just a bunch of small imperfections from years and years of being used without any paint/work done. Hot tub in the room had a soft spot in the floor so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Worried it might leak and I’d get blamed.

Property and room cleanliness was good. There were other guests slamming doors and yelling in the hallway until late at night. Staff did not respond to complaints.

You promised shuttle service on your website but you did not provide this service. I felt it was a betrayal. No shutle and sad looking people at the front desk.

This was such a treat having an in-room hot tub! The bed was great, the shower was great and we enjoyed our short time there.

It seemed to be a little disorganized. After traveling since 4am from southeast to Midwest across the states, I arrived to the hotel and tried to check-in at 2:30pm I was told I had to wait until 3pm. Then I went back ppl

We've stayed here a handful of times over the years. It just seems to really be going downhill. The carpet in our room was pretty bad. We felt like we had to wear shoes the whole time. The faucet in the bathtub didn't work and was stuck halfway between shower and tub, so the water pressure was awful and wasted a ton of water! Both of the bathroom sinks dripped constantly.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was good. The parking was good. The hotel is in bad shape.

Second year that we have stayed here....we'll be back again next year. Great staff, great prices, and great location.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Parking & access from the main roads in Lincoln were the only areas that were difficult.

Property is clean and staff were very friendly. Typical continental type fare for breakfast. Room and bathroom were clean. Property is a bit dated but is fairly well maintained. HVAC was noisy but did keep us cool. Would stay here again.

This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We were very pleased at the friendly atmosphere, the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfortable beds, and the great breakfast and the affordable price. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in Lincoln.
