Clean room good breakfast and great restaurant on site

Warm pool, peaceful, quiet, nice area to stop off on our road trip.

The staff was incredibly friendly. I really only had two “complaints”: the tub is much taller than I’m used to, and I stubbed my toes more than once. My fault, I know. The second is the elevators had a pretty nasty smell, but it was also 102° and the humidity was nasty.

However the restaurant Villa Amore was very good. Good great service.

Very friendly staff. Clean other than some stray hair in bath & sink. Facilities updated but still needs some work (room carpet torn)

Everything was good for us

The hotel was quiet and the front reception was friendly.

Easy parking. Quiet street. Big room with a very bad mattressed sofa bed. It even had a washer and dryer in the room which would have been Amazing if we had needed to do any laundry.

Somewhat clean but could use updating.

Clean and comfortable beds but the the room had a strong unusual smell and everything showed a lot of wear and tear. Needs an update.

Our room smelled musty when we walked in. The air in our room was working, but not in the hallways or elevators. Breakfast was okay. The hotel really needs updating.

Dirty property, questionable people hanging around the hotel. Cannot prove it, but may be being used for potentially illegal activities. Water stains on carpet and ceiling, ants in our bathroom, garbage from previous guest in the nightstand drawer. Just a gross place.

The carpet and furniture are dirty the plumbing needs repair showed leaked

breakfast was a disappoint ment, runny gravy, also the fitted bottom sheet on the king sized bed was way to small, kept coming off the corners.

I was pleasantly surprised. We had to book at the last minute as our hotel had to be evacuated due to a fire

The room was clean the showerhead pencil marks for where they marked off to mount the soap dispensers so obviously shower has not been cleaned very well because I rubbed the pencil marks off with my finger. The rest of the room seemed clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The gym was an absolute shambles. Every piece of equipment was broke tour. Something was wrong with it. The pool was in working order. The hot tub outside was cracked broke drained look like a disaster. Breakfast seem to run out often and had to tell the staff about missing stuff. At the end of the day, I asked for a receipt front desk person said they didn’t have printer ink. This was a business type of deal and I needed a hardcopy receipt which I had to print on my own elsewhere. The front lobby must’ve had an air conditioner problem. They had a portable sticking out of the front window of the lobby.

The staff were top notch and very helpful. All staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast included a variety of foods. Our room smelled of mildew and was very stuffy/smelly.
