The clerk at the front desk was very helpful and happy to see us.

It was a good stay nothing great or bad, just an average hotel.

Absolutely fantastic! From check in the front desk clerk was super friendly. I got $10 beverage credit that she reminded me i had coming. Check in was fast. The room was clean and AC going when we checked in. The shower had great pressure and spacious! Towels fluffy and soft! The bed was the best part, very comfortable , soft sheets and the pillows where perfect! Lots of channels to watch on a big tv! Breakfast was even good! The spa and pool where clean and not full of so much chemicals that it burnt my skin, i normallly cant use hotel pools because of chemicals. Im usually pretty picky but this hotel was outstanding in every way! 100% will be back!

We made a booking mistake for the wrong date. We immediately notified both hotels.com and the hotel itself. We rebooked for the correct evening and were assured our incorrect booking would be refunded. Unfortunately they didn’t follow through and charged us for both the correct booking and the incorrect booking. Apparently an extra room booking is more important than customer service

Very clean, nice staff, quiet, dog friendly, breakfast same as every other hotel (waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee, cereal, etc), would recommend!

I just have to say Susan that was at the desk was wonderful and the hotel is very very lucky. They have an employee like her.

The exercise area was very nice. I enjoyed the hot tub. Area was clean and well maintained. The bed was really comfortable.

The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk people were friendly. For being full it wasn't loud.

The room was shown on the Booking.com website as 425 sq feet, which is why we booked it - we needed a larger room for a specific reason. The room we were given was maybe half that size. It took 45 minutes to an hour to get into a bigger room as the hotel staff told us it was our fault for using Booking.com instead of calling the hotel directly. Rude staff.

We have stayed here several times. Kids love the pool and it is large enough for us. Would stay there again
