Comfort Suites Lincoln North

Upon arrival there was a strong stench in the hallways! Hot tub was out of service. Once in room, lighting didn’t work on one half of the room so was very dark. There was no remote for the tv and when I informed the desk, they came up with 4 remotes, none of them worked. Then on night two of our stay; they came to “fix” it which was them looking at it, saying they’d be back and never returned. When I asked to be compensated for our terrible stay, I was told no. What a disappointment.

Fire and the adjoining hotel made it look terrible. Very dark and dirty everywhere. Pool was super green and hot tub didn’t work.

The hot tub had cold water. The employee turned it up but it was going to take longer than we wanted to wait. They were undergoing an upgrade right on our floor and the sawdust was everywhere. Impossible to not bring it into the room by our shoes and then it was all over the floor. Very comfortable bed. Good hot breakfast.

Shower was pretty worn and felt like it needed to cleaned of the built calcium.

Hot tub was out of order. Confirmed it worked prior stay was a lie to on going issues with it as staff stated. Pool room smelled musty. Industrial area has good restaurants. Breakfast was incomplete. Hot food trays were empty. Other items provided were few of choices. I left for alternative food and beverages.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and the black out shades were fantastic. This is an older property so the updates help, but attention to detail was missed.

A little bit of remodel dust during our stay as they were working on the hot tub and in the stairwell. The humidity made our door stick terribly and we were trapped for a minute until my husband used some extra elbow grease to pull the door free of the door jam. Breakfast was delicious and the shampoo/conditioner containers in the shower were handy.

The hotel is being majorly given a fresh look. New paint and carpet all around. But still neat n tidy. Staff polite and really nice. We didn’t use gym or pool so can’t comment. I cant say anything negative.

Wasn’t super clear where to go when we arrived as another hotel was recently burned (or so it looked) and taped off areas. Fire alarm went off as we were going to bed, and when we went out to check it was waved off as nothing by the employee who was on his phone. Understanding false alarms happen, it wasn’t the best night sleep with the circumstances. Not to mention loud on the first floor.

A very good facility, centrally located in Lincoln.

Overall, did not have a good experience.

This location was clean and the staff was friendly. We had no issues with our visit. We plan to make it a regular destination when we visit Lincoln. Excellent access to everything you need during your stay.

This place is a joke. Everything was terribly dirty, the bathroom had water leaking from a bubble in the ceiling, the pull out couch was disgusting, it looked like nothing had been wiped down in years. There were marks all over the floors and carpert. The TV was also tiny compared to the room size. The swimming pool had so many chemicals we had to leave the room because all of our eyes were burning. All of the staff was rude and put out by having to help. The AC unit did work but it leaked water all over the carpet, so the floor was also all wet. The lamp was also missing a light bulb. They are working on remodeling, but my room was not one of them. I overhead another guest at the front desk complaining about a remodeled room and a faucet not working. I would never stay here again. Please don't waste your money on this dump.

Breakfast was very good! The property location was quiet. Major updates are needed in the hotel itself.

Breakfast was minimal but fresh and appetizing. Convenient location.

The room had lots of dings and dents that could’ve been touched up. The mini fridge would not stay on you always had to press the button inside. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud where you couldn’t keep it on it’s so loud. We were on the first floor and they were doing renovations on the second floor and the workers kids were running up and down the hallways on the 2nd floor. No one was the front desk to talk to them about it. We asked the kids nicely to stop but they did not speak English. Overall okay place but not for the price of almost $200 for 1 night.

Average basic lower budget hotel.

The breakfast was great, the beds were very good. The pool was cold and the hot tub looked like a bubble bath. Over all I would stay there again.

Our room definitely needed a deep cleaning. There was dirt and remodeling debris in the corners of the room that had been there a long time. A junction box cover was missing on the bedroom. The mail floor carpet was very muddy from workers.
