Very clean quiet would stay there again hopefully the get the eye sore of the burnt out Fairfield all cleaned up soon

The furniture in the lobby looks like it had been overly worn. Cushion covers that didn’t fit right and stains on the couch. They started us off in a handicapped room that had no shower curtain and the shower had blackened grout on the bottom half. They kindly gave us a new room on the third floor, which had brand new hallway carpet and a mostly remodeled room. The elevator had not been vacuumed for a while. The furniture and the new wallpaper looked great. Though the door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut because of the new countertop. The TV was very small and the signal kept skipping out. There was a smell in the bathroom that I just couldn’t take. First thing in the morning we skipped our showers and left.

The hotel is under renovation, so some things were to be expected. There was a weird cat pee smell in the elevator and at one point it was out of service, but you would have only known that if you were on the first floor. The pool looked green and the hot tub had a strange film on top. The room was ok, but our feet were sticking to the floor.

Curbside appearance poor. Room decor average. Bathroom lighting excellent. Room lighting barely adequate. Breakfast okay but not quite average.

The room was ok but the remodel is a joke and is falling apart before they finish it.

My stay was not the best! In my room the bathroom door had damages and it would not shut. There was a foul smell on the elevator. However the staff was very helpful.

Always do their best to accommodate requests. We've stayed here multiple times. Reasonable rates

There are renovating the rooms. Being an older property there are things that go wrong.

Room was poorly remodeled Sheetrock dust all over tv grout in the bathroom was all over the floor the elevator has mold in the carpet and it stinks of mold they have a roll off dumpster and trash blocking most of the parking spot for handicap parking corner pieces that go on half walls laying around the room lights on the head board don’t work

PROS: The price was right. The things function properly. The A/C works, the bed is comfortable. The refrigerator works but has a button that you have to keep pushing for 4 hours of cooling time- but it does cool. The TV, microwave, tub, toilet work. There is a small but decent looking indoor pool. The hot tub looks a little scary green. If you have dogs there is green space to walk them- although some of it is missing sidewalks. There are many places within walking distance to eat. Walmart is just across the street. There is a breakfast and compared to some places they try, by providing some variety. Sum: Not a vacation destination. But it is not dangerous, meets basic needs for shelter, is convenient to food, priced right.

When we walked in the lobby smelled heavily of room freshener/cleaner…that continued on the room. I was planning to use the pool/hot tub, but neither looked like I wanted to stick my toes in. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean. A bit disconcerting that when we pulled in lot, the hotel next door had suffered a fire earlier in the summer.

Property was a bit messy, but it appeared that it was actively being renovated, and the hotel next door had recently burned down, so this is understandable. Room was relatively clean, though it was clear that the room had seen better days, and it was showing signs of its age. You get what you pay for though, so it is what it is.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable & clean. Plenty of breakfast options available.

Room was clean and nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Elevator and stairway were musty.

There was an unpleasant odour in this hotel. Especially in the hallway. The rooms were not cleaned well. The bathroom floor was either the worst tile job or paint splatter
