Quality Inn & Suites Lincoln North

We had booked and prepaid for a suite with milti beds and I requested an upper floor. The front desk person gave me room 101. I asked for the second floor or higher. He said my room is only available on the 1st floor. I went to my car and was not happy so I went back in and asked again for another double queen room on an upper floor. He switched us to the 2nd floor to a standard two queen, the tv never connected to their internet so no TV. As we were leaving the next day house keeping had been cleaning a room. I looked in and it was the type of room we had initially paid for. So not only did they lie but we didn't even get the difference refunded. I am so disappointed because we have been traveling for two weeks and stayed at several Quality Inn & Suites which we prepaid all of them and they all were perfect. This loction could have gotten five stars if they just gave us what we paid for an requested.

The lady working the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Her name was Sandra I think. The continental breakfast was nice, the room was clean and comfortable.

Clean place with huge room. Perfect place to stay with two teenagers.

It was a clean air conditioned room for a reasonable price. Staff was friendly. We left before breakfast. Got a great night's rest!

Shower fan did not work. Need to clean under the bed as there was a black sock under it from the previous guests. Breakfast: no scrambled eggs and never brought any out. Biscuits and gravy both stays (biscuits dry and gravy salty). When checking out, male at front desk was more concerned with looking at his cell phone than being attentive to guests. When leaving, he walked out front and was still looking at his cell phone.

It’s clean, staff was great and breakfast is great as well Air conditioning was great just properly is old food is very close walking distance lots of parking room was basic bit small bed size was better

Room was not cleaned well. Hair on the back of the toilet. Brown spots on the wall in the bathroom. White spots on the couch. Hotel needs major updates. Smells bad. Broken windows that would not shut or lock. Breakfast area is way too small for the amount of people in there. The only positive that we walked away with is that the food tasted good and the lady kept it stocked. The choices were very limited though. The pool is just ok, it’s so outdated and the water was freezing! I would not stay here again.

Very helpful staff, room and property were clean. Pool was functional and the kids enjoyed that. Breakfast was fine for the price they charged. I would stay here again if I was passing through.

The breakfast buffet was really good and included many items such as scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, donuts, muffins, toast, oatmeal, fresh fruit, plus coffee and juice. The bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room was in working order. We would definitely stay again.

Room was clean, comfy bed, staff was kind.

Front staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. This is not a fancy hotel but it is a great place r to stop and sleep. Beds comfortable and all around a great value stay .

The pool was unexpectedly out of order. There were initially no bedding for the pullout bed in the room and we had to made a trip to the front desk to get some.
