My husband and I plus 13 others stayed at this location and we all loved it! We had the king size bed suite, and I loved the fact that the sitting and kitchen area were separate from the bedroom. The property was clean and in a good area. When we come back to Chicago this will be our go to spot for our stay.

The staff was mostly friendly. There were some weird spots on our sheets in the room and the free breakfast was very lacking, so if that’s going to be a selling point for you to stay here, plan on going somewhere else.

This is an amazing hotel! Very clean and well maintained rooms, welcoming staff, better breakfast than in any other hotels at this price range, the air conditioner was quite and the location is in a quiet area, too, the blinds cover the window well enough. The only thing that we had problems with is the isolation of the room. We heard the elevator coming, how people knocked and talked in the room next to us and that was a big inconvenience for us.

Standard fare for that type of hotels. Got a room for handicapped - - shower curtain's length was too short and water was flowing everywhere on the bathroom floor.
