Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Lincolnshire

Rooms were clean and cozy, lots of parking available, nice to have a Starbucks in the lobby.

Location, quiet, clean, modern. Staff was excellent. No pool but nice garden area.

The shuttle service was amazing as well. Michael gave me some great insights on where to go and made the drives both to amd from the hotel go by faster with his knowledge of the city. It was a wonderful stay and I recommend it to anyone staying in the area! 10 out of 10

Amazing accommodations

I only stayed one night and basically just slept there. It is as expected for a Courtyard in the suburbs, including the price. I stayed here as a cheaper option when attending a wedding at the Marriott Lincolnshire Resort. I hoped the hotel would be closer but the walk was along a larger street with no sidewalk so it was not as easy as I hoped. It was a 10-minute walk. That is my fault, not the hotel, but good to know for others planning this. In the end the price was not so different and I should have just stayed at the resort.

There is a lot of sound coming into the room from the hallway. At times, I could hear the conversation in the suite next door.

Very quiet, friendly staff and clean room-

Ridiculous that I had to pay an additional $10 to park, in the hotel lot. Please keep in mind this is not a city property. This is a property “out in the burbs” with PLENTY of parking. Next time I’ll stay at a Hyatt.

Here for a wedding, this was the host hotel. Clean comfortable,nice place Nothing

It was clean There were drunk people screaming in the courtyard at 1am. It woke us up and went on fire about 30 minutes. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. Then I used my cell phone to call and finally got someone.

The bed in my room (156) was too soft, which would be my only "complaint." Overall this was a pleasant stay!

Personnel was very nice and helpful.

Everyone was very helpful, professional and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I required a handicap modified room that met all my needs. I won’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!
