Studio 6 Extended Stay Chicago Vernon Hills Lincolnshire IL

Kitchen had NOTHING but a small microwave, 2 burner stove and refrigerator. NO thing to cook or eat with or on. No sponge, cleaner or coffee pot. Flight delay so we called to say late arrival. We were told someone would be there until 10:30 - 10:15 nobody there. Called for help and it took 15 minutes to come downstairs and 30+ minutes to check us in. Reservation was for a king - got a queen. Fleas from prior occupant's pet? We had to alert desk that there was a pile of dog poop right outside the front door. Not a lot of time spent on site, but didn't want to remain on premises.

No one was at the desk for checking out in the morning it was a line but no staff called the assistant number he was very rude and hung up the phone in my face I would never book a room at this hotel again

It was an all round "ok" extended stay hotels. No bells and whistles.. It was odd that the rooms come with absolutely no cooking items with it being a long term room with a kitchen. Elevators, hallways, and such could use a cleaning. But hey the staff at the desk are all super nice and helpful 5 stars to them!

Landscaping and outdoor cleanliness was poor. Weeds, cigarette butts, trash on parking lot. Very plain interior. carpeting was dirty. Two little soap slivers, no shampoo, no face towels. Kitchenette was clean, nice sized refrigerator, but no utensils, no plates or cups, just a microwave and two stove top burners. TV wouldn't connect to cable. Door handle needs repair, difficult to use because it is so loose. Overall, I would not recommend this facility. And the place was filled anyway! Prices for hotels in Chicago area are ridiculous.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was fine and the important areas were clean. The room was actually well appointed with a good amount of storage. Best part of this hotel is that the walls are thick and you don't hear your neighbors!

The preoprty was overbooked, and while we paud for a room, never was provided one after we arrived.

I reserved and paid on Expedia for this reservation. Even paid for the insurance. Got to the hotel at 10pm and they told me that my reservation was canceled because I booked through a third-party (Amazon) and that they were overbooked so they canceled my reservation. When I asked why no one contacted me, they claimed they did not have my number. I had to pay a premium price at 11pm at night for a hotel instead.

The room was good. Nothing fancy, but what we needed. The staff however, was very unhelpful, in part because they were getting a new system. Always had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes to talk to someone.

The recliner in the room; the closet space; the kitchenette to prepare my food; the desk and chair; the 3rd floor view; it was mostly quiet. The woman agent was helpful to me. Something very odd happened when I went out for a few hours: my food and beverages went missing from the fridge and counter...:/ $100 is overpriced, even though I arrived late at night.

The room was clean - floor was not sticky as it is in some other top hotels I’ve stayed at - I definitely don’t like sticky. I didn’t use the kitchen except for making ice and heating my coffee in the microwave. I always bring my 5-cup coffee maker. No utensils, etc., but I wasn’t expecting that.

I arrived late and no one was there ti help and I call and call the # that said to call for help and after 40 min someone answers, then I dint get the room that I reserve, so mi en my wife a my kid we have to sleep on. A queen bed,
