the " mgr" was up IN HIS ROOM and you had to call him down. He reluctantly checked me in and offered not a word about anything. Never told me the password for the wifi. There was an terrible odor the moment you went into my room and there was no tv remote making the tv useless. no one answers at the front desk. what a rancid hotel. Everything

Only spent 6 days here not the entire trip booked.

Stay away from this Studio 6 if you booked via Expedia! The property used Expedia for a “bait and switch” scheme. I booked using Expedia. Paid using Expedia. The front desk said Expedia did not pay and I had to pay. The clerk then charged me 2X the Expedia rate. Said the difference was a deposit and I have not seen it refunded. When I called Expedia to resolve, the clerk would not refund the 2X Expedia rate he charged even when Expedia proved that they collected the money on behalf of the property. Bottom line, Expedia steered me to a unethical property who charged me twice the going rate and the best Expedia is going to do is refund me their rate while the unethical property keeps the 2x the Expedia rate and profits immensely from their unethical behavior. This the 2nd time to me in a year on Expedia. Stay away from properties below 3 stars and guest ratings of 8. You will be sorry if you do. Hopefully I will be able to come back to this review and say and report the money has been straightened out. This property is not worth the hassle.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Absolutely terrible! Rude front desk staff when they are even there. Room was not clean. Supposed to be an extended stay but no kitchen supplies, no glasses, no pots/pans, no silverware, no housekeeping and nobody to talk to. People yelling in the hallways at 2am, place smelled like smoke and weed. Side door never locked and was always open, not safe.

The parking lot and the grass around the parking lot was full of empty beer bottles fast food trash. I arrived off of a 7 1/2 hour drive to find out that my room would not be ready at three and that it would be ready sometime between 4 and 5 pm. I was not the only person waiting for their room to be cleaned. Apparently there was only one housekeeper that showed up. Perhaps you might consider taking better care of your employees for the sake of your customers. The whole experience was so incredibly depressing and distasteful. I had reserved a double queen because my daughter was going to join me and the only thing they had was a king. From start to finish it was a disaster and I left a day early.! the microwave was rusty and dirty on the inside the tub I wouldn’t touch with the 10 foot pole! Not one thing in the kitchen not a fort not a spoon not a knife no cups no dishes. Why even advertise that you have a kitchenette available when one has to pack all of their kitchen wear in order to use it seriously people G6 LLC you can do better than this anyhow I posted it on Instagram and I will never be caught dead in another studio six or motel sixIt

Location for.... No coffee maker in the rooms and not even on the property..... No breakfast to offer Breakfast and definitely coffee maker in the room and outside the room

First, there is absolutely no signage to find the property. Front desk was hard to reach. Garbage left in room from previous guest. Not very clean at all. Would not recommend for anyone to stay here.

Kitchen had NOTHING but a small microwave, 2 burner stove and refrigerator. NO thing to cook or eat with or on. No sponge, cleaner or coffee pot. Flight delay so we called to say late arrival. We were told someone would be there until 10:30 - 10:15 nobody there. Called for help and it took 15 minutes to come downstairs and 30+ minutes to check us in. Reservation was for a king - got a queen. Fleas from prior occupant's pet? We had to alert desk that there was a pile of dog poop right outside the front door. Not a lot of time spent on site, but didn't want to remain on premises.

No one was at the desk for checking out in the morning it was a line but no staff called the assistant number he was very rude and hung up the phone in my face I would never book a room at this hotel again

It was an all round "ok" extended stay hotels. No bells and whistles.. It was odd that the rooms come with absolutely no cooking items with it being a long term room with a kitchen. Elevators, hallways, and such could use a cleaning. But hey the staff at the desk are all super nice and helpful 5 stars to them!

Landscaping and outdoor cleanliness was poor. Weeds, cigarette butts, trash on parking lot. Very plain interior. carpeting was dirty. Two little soap slivers, no shampoo, no face towels. Kitchenette was clean, nice sized refrigerator, but no utensils, no plates or cups, just a microwave and two stove top burners. TV wouldn't connect to cable. Door handle needs repair, difficult to use because it is so loose. Overall, I would not recommend this facility. And the place was filled anyway! Prices for hotels in Chicago area are ridiculous.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was fine and the important areas were clean. The room was actually well appointed with a good amount of storage. Best part of this hotel is that the walls are thick and you don't hear your neighbors!
