Dorothy the innkeeper was as good as they get. If I could give her 10*’s I would. She’s a total class act.👍👍👍👍

Close to the beach and worked for what we needed this weekend

It was a very large and comfortable space. Stairs going to the bedroom are very steep so just be aware . Love the location wish I could spend more time there

The ocean view off the deck was the highlight. There was some traffic noise.

Table and chairs on deck was great all the dishes and glassware and refrigerator and good coffee made it easy to eat breakfast or enjoy wine and cheese before dinner

The inn keeper was extremely sweet and gave suggestions for what to do and where to eat. Adorable quiet town and extremely clean beach with less than a 2 min walk to it.

Parking was an issue due to a trailer being in the way

Stayed in "the loft" which was overlooking the ocean. See a beautiful sunrise in the morning simply by stepping outside. Woody pine interior in a small attic like space. Cozy. Nice lobster restaurant across the street. This space may be challenging for larger people.

Owner very nice and readily offered information on sights and places to eat. Which they had breakfast.

The Inn Keepers were very kind and you could tell they put their heart and soul into their property. I’m glad I got to meet them both. The bed was very comfortable and easy to feel comfortable there.

Dorothee was most accommodating when I was delayed and arrived late. My room was beautiful and very comfortable for my 2-night stay. I would definitely come back!

The apartment was wonderful, with ocean views. One room was on the small side.

Dorthee was a wonder, not only a good provider but when it was necessary teacher and nurse. She is great Bathroom a bit small, but very usable

The whole space was ample; the kitchenette, very useful; the bed, very comfortable. The owner, very congenial. The highway traffic noise near our bedroom, when I requested a quiet room. Wish I been given options. We were there for 3 nights. The low ceiling on either side of the bed was very inconvenient and a bit unsafe. Also, limited the space to place luggage.

The facility was clean, quaint and comfortable. We were greeted by the owners, who were helpful in helping us find a nice place to eat and where to shop. The amenities were great, coffe maker, fridge, toaster and dinnerware were provided. We would stay there again if we get to Lincolnville again. Can't think of anything at this time.

The location was great. It was right on the waterfront. Had a quiet, small town feel. Our hostess was great. We were out hiking and sight-seeing most of the time. There is nothing to improve.

The Crow's Nest room was the perfect place to get away and relax while catching the morning sunrise.
