Door dead bolt lock was broken, felt unsafe. Left a day early due to emergency, front desk did not care and did not refund me.

Nothing unique about the property. For the price paid we didn’t even get bottle of water. The floor boards were warped. The shower was hard to operate. A kettle and tea or coffee would have been appreciated. Should not be listed in any travel accommodation app. Do Not book into this motel the review provided by Expedia said “good”. should have been rated as poor. very unsatisfied

Place is nice room was clean matreses are horrible felt like i slept in the floor and staff was rude asf but the lace is kept clean rooms clean bathrooms spotless jacuzzi was great

They don’t allow anyone under 21 to stay at the hotel. Toilette was plugged and not useable. Room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana.

It is not mentioned (here on Expedia) that there is a $5 deposit for a hotel key, Then when you go to return the key, they also ask you for the TV remote that they also give you at check-in. When i went to return the key to get my $5 deposit back. I was told I also needed to give them the remote, or I could not get my $5 deposit back. The problem is that at the time when I was given the remote at time of checking when asked for the deposit for the hotel key, I was never told that. I needed to return the remote as well to get my deposit back. They refused to make any effort to say. Okay, we'll go into the room and get it or give me the key back. So that I could go get the remote I told the indie that was working. The front desk that she could take the $5 and shove it up her "p"ass
