The staff is very nice .

Good staff, clean rooms. Good location and shuttle service.

Check in was strange as we were not even greeted just stared at until we said checking in! The rest of the stay was okay with a clean and comfortable bed for the night and a typical Comfort Inn breakfast, just enough to get you going in the morning. The bathtub was a little chipped and crusty and the sofa had many stains on it. I wouldn't sit on it. Also the room was very small with no microwave or refrigerator.

Great place to stay overnight when flying out of the airport. Clean, modern and quiet.

Location is good especially if you start off your journey from LIT. Some variety to the breakfast would go a long way.

The hotel is not as renovated as it appears. Rusted lamps, heavy metal doors that were rusted, curtain falling off the wall, smelled musty and like food. Did not feel safe staying there. Asked for refund immediately after checking and looking at our room and was denied.

The staff was very nice and helpful my room was outdated and a little smelly. The air in the room felt sticky

Staff was rude, our room was sold out from under us. We were down graded with no price change. Very frustrating.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Thanks Frank! Great place to stay if your flight is cancelled or have an early flight out. They also have stay and fly. Leave your car while you are gone ( cheaper than the airport parking.) Always a good experience .

The room was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint I had was someone’s dog was constantly barking. I turned the fan on the A/C to continuously run and it covered up the barking. Everything else was excellent.

The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was awesome with a omelet station made to order, and biscuits and gravy, muffins, waffles, Eggs, Sausage. I stayed in room 419 it was clean, the bed was soft/firm but good. The only thing way the mildew smell witch I let them know about when lift cause I was only staying 1 night anyway and I think it was coming from the AC unit. They said they would have there maintenance guy look into it. And for me that was the only down side to my stay. The parking lot looked a little small if your driving a big RV but it could work if your a good driver. If your going to use the shuttle from the airport I recommend giving them a call when you collect your bags. I believe it's a call when needed type of shuttle not a every 15 minute thing. Over all a great place to stay.

Dirty property

Shuttle driver was very nice and informative. Whole building very humid. Linens felt damp. Floor in room was slick with moisture

Staff warm and friendly. Room was clean. Enjoyed available bar and food selection. Convenient airport shuttle.

I have nothing good to say about this property. Dirty. Room smelled of sewage.
