Always enjoy my stay!

Convenient to airport

More attention to detail is needed by housekeeping staff. Our shower curtain “snapped” on and we couldn’t get it to stay on. The snaps weren’t working and housekeeping staff should have noticed that when cleaning the room and replaced it. Staff attending breakfast bar did not keep area clean. Guests left area very messy with no one attending the buffet area and it was just ick. We are staying at a Fairfield in Nashville for several days and they have one staff cooking and one staff cleaning/attending to tables and trash.

The facility was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. One drawback was that one of TVs in my room didn’t work.

Very nice hotel, staff was excellent!!

Clean, quiet, location, spacious room. Bed was a little firm.

We had a quick stay, just for one night, then off to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We needed to leave quite early to catch a flight. The shuttle was quick and efficient. We even got a quick bite to eat or coffee to go.

Staff were amazing. Just one note, there was no coffee in the lobby. I stay 4 days and I never found coffee. Toiletries needed refills. Staff was very helpful when asked for refills. Maybe short staffed but overall was great.

Granddaughter loved the pool.

It’s right next to the airport but it’s nice and quiet.

Clean room

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was better than typical for these kinds of places, but the bar/restaurant was very disappointing. The menu was very limited and expensive for what you got. Several items were not available. There was only 1 server tending the bar and serving, so even though there were very few patrons, service was very slow.

They had a computer issue and tried to make it my fault. The staff refused to call management. It was very frustrating. There was no hot water.

Very close to the airport and has a shuttle if needed

Everything was great, and clean. Staff was very helpful, and got me a late checkout with no problem.

Didn’t like the charge for park n fly but overall was fine for an overnight stay

I had selected two rooms with walking showers and got two handicapped rooms with beds on the floor and hardly enough room in the shower to turn around. Also, the bathroom had flies everywhere coming up through the drains. I had to kill flies and hope to not bump the shower hose or it would fall down and hit me in the head. My father in law who is late 70s could not get out of the bed being it was on the floor.

Comfortable room, bed, and breakfast was offered super early for those who fly out on first flights. 10/10 will stay there again.
