You can not get to the top floors in one elevator. You have to get out of one once you get to the 3ed floor then have to go to a different elevator across the building to get to the 4,5,and 6 floors

Marsha and her crew were really awesome working the AFGC CONVENTION. She goes above and beyond to make the guest happy.

I understand that Wyndam has recently taken over the old Holiday Inn. and I understand they are working on things. My room did not stand up to Wyndam standards. The bath tub looks to be falling apart. Sink didn't drain. Batteries out on TV remote and it took almost an hour to get them changed. I have stayed at that hotel, many times in the past 2 years. I'm hoping Wyndam brings it up to Wyndam standards.

Property is not close to any restaurants.

Great airport hotel with clean spacious room and comfortable bed. Fast check in with friendly staff.
-
The receptionist, Brooklyn was rude, disrespectful and cold. The hotel itself was fine but I'll never stay there again.

No breakfast, said i did not qualify for one
-
The breakfast was $14.00 for basic hotel breakfast food. And there was roaches in the room I stayed in. But the staff was supper nice

Staff was awesome! Thank you!

It had no blow dryer. It had an iron but no ironing board. 1 light had to be unplugged to plug in the iron because both outlets did not work. It was fine for a quick stay after getting in late from the airport but somewhat trun down.
-
Restaurant had full bar and ample food options.
-
Last minute adjustment to original planned hotel stay and your hotel was able to accommodate
-
The staff was awesome!! The room was clean, but had a stale smell.
-
The body wash was empty in the shower and the mattress was terribly uncomfortable. It was hard.

#2) It’s been over 100 degrees regularly lately and the air conditioner would not go below 80 degrees. #3) There was a tiny puppy dumped by someone in the back lot and was barking, howling, and crying all night. I tried to get intro come to me but it was so tiny and scared. I told the staff and they didn’t seem to care one bit so I called animal control since I was worried it would get run over. #4) After our experience there, I sent a message to customer service and they said someone would reach out. Didn’t happen. Just a form letter email that said “ we take your comments seriously… blah blah blah. We stay there every time we fly out (about once a month) and ever since Wyndham took over, it’s been one disappointment after another. Not letting staying the room we booked and not compensating us the difference was the icing on the cake. Always full of lame excuses.

The staff at the front desk were quite rude at check in. The elevator and certain hallways also had a heavy weed smell.

King “Suite” is not as advertised. There is only a select number of split room king suites and more 1 room suites. Air conditioner was so loud that it woke us up every time it turned on and there was no way to control temperature or fan. Staff had no answers on what to do or options to switch. Hotel is fine if you’re in a pinch and need a room coming from the airport, but if you’re planning a trip, I’d avoid.

Checked into room tired & hungry after long drive. The fact there was a restaurant on property with excellent food was a huge plus!
