Wyndham Grand Executive Center Little Rock Airport

Exceptional

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. We really enjoyed the restaurant and our server there! I had the southwest salad and my husband had the spaghetti bolognese with garlic shrimp. Both were delicious!

We stayed here one night before our flight left the next day. Originally we had booked a king bed then our plans changed and we needed a double bed room. I called and they were very accommodating no problem changing the reservation. When we arrived check in was quick and easy as well as check out. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Air worked good in our room. We would stay again if needed.

Everyone and everything was amazing. Great area. The room was super clean . Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

Unfortunately our room should not have been available. A medical emergency with a previous guest left some damage to the room that had not been rem died before we arrived.

Clean room, excellent breakfast.

Room 117: iPhone Charger was stolen. Reported it twice at reception. No urgency in dealing with the matter. Room 129: Suitcase lock combination was tempered with. They could not open it.

Superb

Quiet and good value compared to surrounding hospitality

The room was always clean, the staff were always helpful and professional. Breakfast was exceptional, never seen a breakfast set up so nice in any hotel I’ve been to. The bar was in a convenient place close to the restaurant where you could relax and enjoy a drink and a nice meal.

Beds were comfortable. Parking sucks. Long walks to rooms and small elevators in odd locations. Weird layout. Honestly this was probably the nicest hotel when it was built. But just like everything it becomes old. So much of it is in disrepair.

Superb

The point of getting the room was so I didnt have to get up at 2:00 for 6:00 am flight. Could have slept better in the airport.

Great stay! Amazing breakfast and staff.

Bad

Crickets in the room, everything is run down. Third world quality.

Excellent

This was a wonderful stay, mostly because of the people working here. Prompt shuttle service, courteous driver. Check in was fast (sorry I did not get the lady's name), Kimberley (with the blue hair) was so helpful at the front desk in the morning. Roxanne and her comedy partner Joe had us laughing in the breakfast restaurant, along with great service and a very nice breakfast buffet. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for such a clean room and all the common areas. We highly recommend staying here.

The room i was moved to was much quieter, I slept well, but didn't note the condition of the furniture. Otherwise, the hotel staff was cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The facility overall was pleasant, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.
