Days Inn by Wyndham Little Rock/Medical Center

The only good thing about staying here was the Mexican restaurant next door. The rooms were very nasty. Wet carpet,broken down furniture, no hot water,roaches,both ice machines didn't work. The pool was blocked off. Poorly lit parking areas. Free breakfast made our niece sick. The rest of us didn't eat there. If I was disabled I would have slept in my car. Never stay there. Manager's response was very disturbing. Did nothing to help. Tear the one down.

It was a cheap motel in little Rock. No ice machines, and some of the other "guest" had a "group meeting" in the parking lot as we were trying to enjoy the pool, that the filtration system didn't seem to be working great in.

Also, the beds are seriously concave and need to be replaced.

It was very nice the location was in a very good neighborhood close by everything we needed

Canceled the Reservation, but yet my refund has NOT been returned!! 😩 😡

Was a decent stay.

Was charged $30 dollars extra for taxes and other fees that could have been disclosed when the reservation was made, was told $65 + taxes, soft bate and switch. I won't be back.

We did not stay. The room smelled strongly of mildew and cigarette smoke.

My experience was not good. I paid extra to check in early and the room was occupied. I left and came back and the own was cleaned rooms on the side I was staying on. When I attempted to go in the room again, the man was still in the room. I ask the manager who was working, he called the front desk to check on who suppose to be in the room. Of course I was assigned but the homeless man had been staying in the room for God knows how long. The manager gave me another room but I think that's so scary and unsanitary. When I looked in the room I was suppose to have, the bed was made up. That man probably had been sleeping on top of the covers. They didn't remake the bed or nothing. They didn't give me my money back for early check in either. It was dirty in the room, around the building, and they had a lot of homeless people walking around.

The staff changed my room promptly, which I appreciated. However, the second room still had an unpleasant smell, although it was better than the first one. Unfortunately, I later found a live cockroach on my bed. I killed it and took a photo as evidence. The hotel's cleanliness fell far below my expectations, especially for a Wyndham property. I hope the management addresses these sanitation issues so future guests can have a much better experience.

We walked in and was greeted by roaches, the sheets dirty, and the bathtub was horrible.

We stay here all the time and never had issues but this time our shower didn't work and we didn't realize until it was almost check out time. Also we went to breakfast at 8 and there was a half a cup of coffee and fruit loops. We paid a little more for this room because it came with breakfast so that was pointless.

Good for the money

The pool was nice; the telephone in the room didn’t work, mold in the shower, orange juice was way too watered down, I asked for a non smoking room but it smelled like ppl had been smoking in it.

Price and location. Needed a little maintenance, i.e., cable on the telephone needs to be replaced, faucet on the sink needs to have a lever.
