The bar was not equipped to make a simple cocktail. The bed was hard (but up to person preference). The staff was helpful and checked on us during our several day stay to make sure we didnt need anything. They made sure we had extra towels and everything we need but we did request extra pillows and did not get them.

Rented a handicapped room, the toilet was very old and very low. Although, there were secure safety bars in the tub/shower. Good water pressure and the mattress was the best. The room was quite large and comfortable.

It was old. I was surprised as to how modern the lobby looked to then travel to the floor my room was on and it was dark and in need of major updates.

Bathroom was dirty. The carpet had stains all over it and it smelled terrible. Airfreshner and Lysol. Over all unsold never stay there. Noisy. Carpets even in the hallways was nasty.

The staff was vey friendly and helpful. The property could use updating…the pool was drained and closed. The rooms are decent, but could also use updating.

Our stay was great, loved the area of the hotel, it was closed to everything we needed.

The room was clean and accommodating for the s poo an of days I was there. They're was nothing available for us during the stay to engage in. The hotel has terrible access, especially in busy traffic. It takes a long time to walk anywhere in the hotel.
