Clean room, good breakfast,

Upon arrival at the property, the young lady at the front desk was very friendly. I reserved a king room (site said only 2 left!) but got a double room. No price adjustment. Didn’t cancel because it was non-refundable. DO NOT TRUST THAT SITE IS ACCURATE! It is an older property but if you just need to sleep and shower, it’s fine. It was as clean as any other I’ve stayed in. I’ve definitely stayed in worse. The beds were comfortable enough. The location is in the medical district

The staff was wonderful. But the hotel itself needs help. Between the lock to our room didn’t lock when we left the room (staff was wonderful about moving us to another room) and the elevators playing musical “out of order” sign. The right one was out of order when left for the concert, came back it was switched to the left one. Got into the right elevator and right as it’s getting to the fourth floor, it jerks and rattles. Elevators had stains, broken pieces and smelled. Rooms were clean though

It took three rooms to get one I could actually stay in. The first one had dead bugs on the pillow and bed and in the bathroom. Another guest came down at the same time to say they had live bugs in their room. The 2nd room the AC did not work- it blew hot air. The third one was ok, but this property is in desperate need of maintenance. Tiles and caulk need to be replaced in the bathroom. Some of the tiles in the shower have been replaced but now the caulk has turned black. I know lots of people stay here- many elderly- for medical procedures as the hospital is literally down the drive, so it should be cleaner and better maintained. Miranda at the front desk that night was kind and apologetic, but the property is in bad shape. The breakfast is not great either. On the bright side, the water pressure was great and the water hot. Would not stay here again. Only got 2 stars because of Miranda- the night desk clerk. The gentleman on the desk the next morning could barely quit playing on his ipad to check me out.

Very nice , just like being at your own home

Awful. Do not recommend. Dirty, rude, uncomfortable.

The room wasn’t clean, the sink was stopped up, the AC went out, and I had to repeatedly ask for housekeeping. This establishment has gone down significantly!
-
Staff what great but the rooms were TERRIBLE! There was hair all in the shower , sheets didn’t fit the bed , towels dingy and dirty , even the microwave still had food in it . I felt very disgusted, and even tho I took a shower I still felt dirty . The whole room gave me an ick and I will never book again .

Location was good and easy to get around. The breakfast was good and service was great!
-
Perfect choice for a quick stopover. Friendly staff, clean room, easy on/off freeway.
-
This hotel, offers nightly, weekly and monthly stays. I would not recommend it.

Breakfast everything was cold. They should’ve put all the young people on the top floor and the older people on the lower floors. The young people made way too much racket all night long. We stayed in room 406 and the rooms on either side of us partied and made all kinds of racket all night long. Don’t get me wrong. I like the party along with the rest of them, but my wife has cancer. That’s why we was there so she could get treatments and she really needed her rest.

Very good and enjoyable staff

The staff was great! The new girl at the front desk recommended restaurants and gave good directions. Another girl helped us figure out the tv. The couch was stained and the shampoos were empty in the shower. The air-conditioning was awesome. For a quick visit, it was a ok place to stay.
-
The shampoo dispenser was broken (pulled off the wall actually) and we found out the only way to use it was to put it up to the wall and push. There was also a bubble in the tub that felt strange as you walked along the tub. I am worried that might catch an old person off guard. Breakfast was actually pretty good. The coffee was a step up from what we usually find at hotels.

Close to the hospital Bed was uncomfortable, room smelled like smoke, water damage in shower. elevator operation seemed in need of service. Not a very clean facility overall. Could benefit with substantial updates.
-
The hotel smells like mildew. It is need of many repairs. At one time I am sure it was nice, but it it is not being maintained. Air conditioner was very noisy. It was noisy in the hotel. Noise level was high.

Disappointing

Staff was great. Easy to check in. The room was comfortable. Not the best breakfast bar though. Worth the money

Loss of the shuttle service to UAMS cancer center makes this hotel unworkable for me.
