A disappointing stay. Not worth the price. No ice maker on our floor. Filthy carpet in the elevator. No plug for the bathtub. Was dying to take a bath after a long day on the road. Called front desk. Finally went down. The desk clerk said “oh yeah. Housekeeping doesn’t handle this. It’s engineering.” I stood there while he called them. 30 min later, a workman came, fiddled with a plug he had brought and said ok it works. After going out to dinner I tried to take a bath but the plug didn’t work. Plus, my husband was charged $25!!! For an Old Fashioned in the bar. The only good thing about this hotel was the bed. Wonderful mattress and pillows

We had no hot water first night and had to ask to be moved next day. They moved us but did nothing to compensate

Great location and excellent hotel.

The a/c unit would switch to heat every hr. It's July and the pool was closed for some reason.
-
Check-in was easy and we got to check in early. The pool was closed down. I had to go up to the ninth floor to get ice kind of frustrating. The hotel is a little dated.

The rooms was clean and in general the hotel is older but but clean. Unfortunately, some aminities are older like the AC that keeps turning off every 30 mins or so, the room gets hot and it turns back on. There was no fridge in the room either so that was bummer. We only stayed a night but felt like if the AC was newer and won’t turn off periodically, our stay would have been more comfortable. But I commend the cleanliness and ease of checking in/out.

Staff was great but the hotel is very old on the inside of the room. They were out of bath towels our second morning so we basically had to air dry. The parking garage smelled like old trash. I did not get to dine on-site but the restaurant looked really nice.

Everything was great and the staff was very helpful. The free shuttle service to Simmons Bank Arena for the concert we attended was smooth and easy. Beds were comfy. Our river view was nice. I wish we had had the convenience of a free breakfast and free parking but it is clearly noted before booking that both are available for an extra fee so I knew to be prepared beforehand. Will stay again!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Perfect location! We booked the PERFECT room for the fireworks show! The bar/restaurant was awesome! Staff were friendly, helpful, and all around amazing! We will definitely be staying here again, even if for just a weekend getaway!

The bathroom vanity the faucet was loose, there was no vent fan to let steam out. The shower faucet needed to be tightened up as well. This hotel needs a complete update on interior of rooms. We have stayed here before and it appears to still be in the same condition from previous years.

The staff was amazing! The bartender was awesome, the elevator was a trip. 5 times up and down before it finally let us out. The room was clean but having a 2 year old and not having any type of mini fridge at all it was highly inconvenient having to go buy an ice chest and ice to store it for the night while paying $200+ a night to stay there. Then the room listed a pool. It was out of order. Was let down. But none of it was the staffs fault. They were amazing.

booked a king balcony..was told they overbooked those rooms.settled for a king..very small room..no fridge no microwave.swimming pool was drained..staff was very friendly.water in shower doesnt get very hot.thermostat is programmed where you can only get so much air and fan.

Our stay was pleasant the staff was courteous and friendly.

Nothing was unique. The property look ran down. The pool had no water in it to swim. The floor 5 which I stayed had no ice machine, just a room for one. Rooms service comes every two days for clean bedding, towels and empty trash. No security are on staff as I sit outside and watch an altercation between three black men.

Loved how friendly the staff was. They were all very accommodating and we had the best view of the river! Amazing!
-
However, the staff was helpful but they coundn't do anything about the condition. The entry was in the process of being completed due to a Miss Arkansas context being held next door later that week.
-
Staff very nice Didn’t get the room that was reserved, only cool, lukewarm water in shower, only 2 working ice machines in hotel
-
property is very run down - needs a refresh! However, staff was exceptional! furniture, bathrooms, lobby, elevatores all very rundown - definitely needs a refresh to stay competitive in the area.
