Room was ok. However, building looks old and lack of maintenance. I got a charge of 30 for 3 small water bottles. Too expensive. The location was good

Easy entrance, clean room enjoyed our stay

Pros: Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, shower was clean, free fresh coffee in the lobby, nice outside space with tables and turf. Great location to get across the bridge easily for the race starting and 2 blocks from the convention center to pick up race day materials. Easy walk to restaurnts - about 5-6 blocks. I would not recommend this for small children if you need to walk to restaurants, I would stay further down the road closer the discover center. felt safe. Staff was very friendly as was the restaurnt staff. Cons: no microwave or mini fridge in the room, however; we did discover a microwave in the lobby. the hotel is dated and is in need of renovations. Could see minor water damage in the bathroom ceilings and toilets would randomally make a flushing sound (couldn't hear when sleeping if the bathroom door was shut). Overall these minor things did not impact our stay. Bottom line: I would stay here again if the pricing was significantly cheaper than the other hotels within close proxmity; however I would probably pay a little more to stay a block or two down the street. There were a lot of cyclist staying at this hotel so it must be a favorite of the riders. Parking was easy and convient under the hotel also a plus.

Tip: when exiting the elevator you had better "go if your going" because those doors shut fast

Good location Run down, needs fixed up. Elevators looked rugged and old. Room had sloppy paint from ceiling on wallpaper. Old carpet, closet doors squeaked real loud to open and close. Room door didn’t shut or open without having to push or pry it

I needed a late checkout by one hour and they would not accommodate me.

Clean rooms,helpful staff, but property needs updating. Our room had paint chipping off bathroom door, and paint peeling off A/C with A lot of mars on tv cabinet. No glasses in the bathroom. We felt like the food and drinks were overpriced, and the ambience in dining area was not good. Bar and eating area together. It is absolutely the best place to stay if you are going to Robinson theatre. Adjoins it. Parking is below hotel and easy to access. They add $50 to your bill on check in and if you don't use any amenities then they refund you in 3-4 days. Not a 4 star, a strong 3.5.

Horrible experience, nasty room

We had a wonderful time staying at Doubletree Hotel, convenience to Robinson Center for The Hamilton play. I highly recommend it!

Great location and very cordial personnel at the front desk. View from our room was great! We had requested a reschedule of our reservation, which was successfully rescheduled by the Booking.com team and confirmed by the hotel. When we arrived, they informed us they did not have any reservation under our name... After lots of back and forth, we were informed there was a miscommunication between two different departments of the hotel (the reservations team had not updated the information in their system, hence the front desk staff were not able to see anything)... despite the mess, the employee at the front desk was very nice and attentive, apologized for the confusion and solved the situation by working it with his Supervisor. When heading to our room, we noticed the overall look of the elevators needed a renovation (old paint cracking), but thought it was not a big deal... When we finally arrived to our room, we noticed the bathroom showed humidity stains on the ceiling (black mould?) and had zero ventilation (no air extractor / fan), and it was visible the ceiling had been previously painted to cover old humidity marks. Additionally, the toilet seat was cracked, so good luck when sitting on it (or standing up...)

I did like that it was downtown! No view or water as expected! Room was cheap looking like the motel 6 way over priced lights flicker an go out every time we sat on the bed! Very uncomfortable! Breakfast cost ! parking cost!

Location was perfect, beds were comfy, a/c was nice and cold. Never told where to park, nor heck-out time when checking in. The only floor that had ice available was 9th. The room was very 'used". Furniture paint was chipped off in many places, walls were scuffed up, room smelt like smoke. Definitely needs updating.

The first room we got, the towel bar came off the wall when trying to hang a hand towel. The second room closet door would not close, then the towel rack in the shower also came off the wall. The tub drain was not attached and was placed in the drain upside down, then had to be completely removed for the shower to drain. This hotel is in desperate need of updates and maintenance. The two redeeming points are the fact that it’s quiet and the view on the river side are very nice

I liked the river and bridge view from the balcony I had in my room.

The restaurant was good. We had a poolside room but the pool was closed.
