The hotel & rooms were very clean, comfortable & a great location. The pool was very dirty. Multiple guests out there complained about the condition of the water. It was very cloudy and overall, just dirty. Everything else was great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful . Free breakfast buffet . Room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was great with the omelet station. We did have an issue with a woman screaming and banging on a door near us at 11pm. She said she went for a smoke and came back and her child locked the door and was a hard sleeper. Husband went to see what was going on and walked her to the front desk. They were not that willing to help with her situation as the privacy lock was engaged. Husband told desk they need to handle it or call the cops to help her get back into her room.

Really nice hotel. VERY helpful staff, especially the driver. I asked him for suggestions for dinner and not only did he suggest some, but he took us there and came back and picked us up when we were ready. It wasn’t far, but it was across the river, so we would have had to drive and find a parking place. Very clean and quiet with comfortable beds and a WONDERFUL breakfast!

Air conditioning unit too loud. Breakfast delicious. Room vey clean. Outlets on lamps did not work. No where to plug in coffee pot except bathroom. Good location.

Our favorite hotel we have stayed at this week . The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is included with a great omelette bar and the breakfast team are very friendly . The pool and gym were great. The Room was very clean . Our favorite part , we could walk to the downtown for dinner or the baseball field or the arena .

I just stayed one night so I didn’t have to drive 2 hours back after a concert. I love staying here due to it being in walking distance of the event arena. Also it’s clean, quiet, and the free breakfast is delicious.

Been staying at this property, mostly during events at Simmons Arena, for 20+ years. Continue to return because services are consistent and location close to restaurants and bars downtown couldn’t be better.
