The location. First room the bathroom light was very dim. Went to front desk was offered a bulb to fix it. The when I explain I was to short and it had a surround he moved us to another room. The new room had been a smoking room. They had sprayed something that made it smell bad. The desk chair has lost part of its cover. The fridge was dirty. The tv stand was damaged. There was a spill or something on the bathroom floor.

Very clean room. Remote barely worked on tv. But so in all. Good nights rest. Ac was the best! Blew Ice cubes!!!

Carpets were sticky to walk on. Counters were clean, but the furniture was old and grimy. The room was very humid, even when fully air-conditioned. While walking to the restaurants next door, we were threatened by an angry homeless man. But the receptionist was nice, and the room was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff was nice. The cover had stains on them. The carpet was gross. Didn’t want to take my shoes off until time to get in bed. Immediately had to wipe down the main door and bathroom door due to some type of dark splatter on them. Thankfully I had Clorox wipes with me. Other than that it was okay. The neighborhood is sketch, a lot of roamers.

Room not bad for price, rough location.

The carpet was stained and looked dirty, shower had what looked like black mold around the calk area. Location didn't feel safe, not a nice area.

The hotel rules is weird. The lady staff at night though the guest are beggar or subordinate. no respect
-
It was horrible the staff constantly up in ur face no guest allowed i felt as i was in lock down
-
The clerk was very sweet and helpful. It wasn’t the cleanest place, but not terrible.

Parking easy convient. Not in best area. The owner/manager is absolutely the worst! Mean, rude and sterotyped us bc of color. I would only recommend if absolutely no where else to go
-
Rooms smelled old, musty. I beleive a lot if tru kers and/or construction workers stay here. Shiwer leaks big time, causing water all over the floor, and shiwer cutstun too small!! Parking is GREAT. I was able to park right in front of unit. The manager is absolutely terrible. He is mean and agressive! Quick to call police bc he does not know how to communicate with staff or guest!! He sterotypes and assumes all blk ppl are the same bc of the location of the business! I wud only stay here if absolutely immediate necessity‼️ Also deposit is $100 ‼️

Clean and comfortable. Close to venue, within walking distance. Wish they had breakfast. We brought our dogs and they put us on the 2nd floor. Wish they put people with dogs on ground floor for ease of walking them.

Very affordable place to stay near downtown Little Rock & only a short distance to Main Street in North Little Rock. The room was clean & comfortable & met my expectations. Everything went smoothly.

Overall it was a good stay. I would just like to warn others the walls are not soundproof you can indeed hear your neighbors. I would encourage doing like I had to and play music to sleep or bring a loud fan if you don’t want to hear what your neighbors are doing at 1 am while you are trying to sleep 😅

We like how close it is to Simmons Bank Arena but haven't stayed here in a few years. Before, it was an okay place to stay the night but it has definitely gone down. It's rundown, the furniture is broken and worn, the bed is hard as a rock, pillows are thin and flimsy, same as the bath towels, thin and dingy.
