Holiday Inn Express and Suites Little Rock Downtown by IHG

Room was very clean and property well maintained. The staff was very friendly

I would’ve give 5 stars, but I could only see four stars. It was a great stay and stuff was very nice and my room was so clean. It was the best stay in a long time. I will definitely stay there again.

We were only there as a place to lay our head for the night passing through to New Orleans but overall nice hotel. Beds were comfortable and room was a good size for the price. Parking fills up fast so we ended up parking in the overflow parking. The overflow parking is gravel but it is just next to the other parking, so not far away. They should pave it but this is very minimal as a dislike!

Cleanliness of the room and location

Breakfast ends at 9, and I wish it was open later. Beautiful room with a great blackout window shade.

The gentleman was very friendly and helped me find the directions to parking. When checking out the young lady was very friendly and really enjoyed my pet. There is no sign that explains where the front entrance is there is nothing on the entrance to denote where to check in.There was no breakfast the associate who apparently prepares it said the stove was out of order.

For the washing machine you need to use your phone and have an app. I found a coin and a very clean laundromat close by with various sizes of machines. Brekfast was 30 mín late and people were waiting. It was one of those days.

Staff was great and friendly great location room was clean

Clean with friendly staff

Rooms are clean, Staff is helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is ok. The indoor pool and gym are functional. The downside is the location. You can’t go around by foot. Also, there were some additional charges although I paid in full 2 months ahead.

Very good

We loved our stay! From the friendly, helpful staff to the breakfasts, the walking distance to restaurants and downtown to the cleanliness.

Our room smelt musty

I like the whole experience of the stay I didn't like at checkout the receptionist charged my card $300.00 when I payed on line.
