Nice stay close to everything downtown. Everyone was very nice
-
I don't love paying the parking fees but I appreciate the safety I always feel while staying there-so worth it to me!
-
We were surprised by a lobby in the middle of renovations. No place to sit downstairs, except for outside, and it was too hot.

I booked this hotel for specific amenities and upon checking in after 10pm discovered it was under construction and there were no available amenities. No breakfast, no pool, no workout room, no business center.
-
Despite the ongoing renovation, staff is very helpfull, friendly, anf just awesome group of people, thank for a pleasant stay!!
-
They are currently doing construction in the lobby area. The room was super nice though and the hotel had a great breakfast option.
-
The hotel is under renovation which I did not know when I booked. The room was newly painted and quiet but the lobby was totally gutted with noisy construction happening when we went to get breakfast in the morning. I understand that renovations need to happen but wish I would have known before I booked, and/or wish the rates would have been much lower to compensate for the experience.

The hotel that I stayed in was under construction\nIt could have been a little cleaner

False advertising at the time of booking!! I reserved for 2 Queen beds and sofa! And got double beds and no sofa!!! Had to have my Granddaughter sleep on the floor! The front desk girl was rude! And said she would cancel my reservation so Expedia would give me my money back, but did not!!

All the rooms have been renovated and they were working on the entry front desk area the only thing that was renovated already was the breakfast area but all the seating was outside so when it rained there was no place to sit. But that didn't bother us we always took our food up to our room. Staff was helpful and friendly our train was late so when I called to let them know that we would still be arriving but after midnight they went ahead and checked us in so all we had to do was come in grab our key and put a card on file. Breakfast changed daily from different hot food items like they had Western omelettes and cheese omelets sausage patties bacon fried potatoes. The stuff that stayed the same was oatmeal, fruits like banana oranges and apples, sliced mixed fruits like melon cantaloupe and grapes. Two different flavors of waffle batters, and yogurts, breakfast cereals Etc

Great stay. Currently going through a renovation on the lobby but the rooms are already renovated.
-
Loved the location and easy access to main attractions .the hotel lobby is under renovation and hot breakfast buffet was not available which was not communicated prior to our stay .Besides that all was good .Dion was very helpful and nice !

Staff was very friendly and helpful

The desk attendant said we had to park in lot behind the building which they shared with another company, and that it cost 15.00 dollars. So we stayed parked at the meter in front of building until 8 am.
-
To start, they were in the middle of a renovation to the first floor. That explains most of it. Breakfast was a make-shift continental style on the 2nd floor. That being said, the staff were amazing. They had water waiting for us when we arrived and again after we had been out exploring the downtown. They were lively and quick with a laugh.
-
The staff at the front desk was excellent, and the breakfast was good. The gym didn’t have any mats, so you couldn’t do any stretching or abs on the floor.
-
Parking with them is $50 A NIGHT and the lobby was under construction. No vending available. I wish I would have gotten a message to warn me.
-
The entire bottom floor was under construction, there was nothing there, but a Front Desk. There was no knowledge that there would not be anything in the hotel. They allowed a bunch of young people to rent a room, someone in a room right next to ours got shot, we could have been killed. This is not a good hotel.
