Hampton Inn & Suites Little Rock-Downtown

It was good.

The alarm went off in the early morning, and they made us deal with it. Other than that, they were working on the lobby, but that didn’t bother us.

Everything was great and rooms are clean and comfortable

El personal pudiera ser más amable. El desayuno nada fuera de lo normal. Y el estacionamiento aunque te estés quedando en el hotel tienes que pagar unos $16 diarios si quieres tener tu auto seguro.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, and clean rooms! 😊 Overall, a great stay and a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend it!

They have a lot of misleading information online. I did not get room that slept 5 , it barely slept 3. I was supposed to have a sleeper sofa im my room, i did not. My room was small, there wad a bad water leakage in my room when o ran bathrwater, the hallway on the 4th floor stank, thestaff were nice but had no answers as to why the description on line was mot what i got other than she’d talk to him about it not explaining who him really was. After not parking in the parking garage one of my two nights stay,, i was still charged for it because they said i was supposed to tell them I didn’t park in the garage. I had to ask for a receipt because none were offered to me at checkout. This was one of my worst stays ever at a hotel.

Great stay. Clean and newly renovated rooms with updated decor. Bright and airy. Lobby and exercise room were still being renovated. Provided breaks was fresh and fairly tasty. All-in-all, a fantastic hotel.

I don't love paying the parking fees but I appreciate the safety I always feel while staying there-so worth it to me!

Worst hotel. Staff was rude. Lobby was under construction and was noisy. They shut the water off in the morning.

We were surprised by a lobby in the middle of renovations. No place to sit downstairs, except for outside, and it was too hot.

Centrally located and walking distance to restaurants. I was not informed after booking or notified at check in that construction would be taking place. Upon arrival, the lobby was disheveled and dusty. Allergies fully kicked in. I was also not informed there would be no breakfast available due to construction. The next morning when I entered the elevator a sign was hung up that no breakfast available. Vouchers were not offered or alternative. That was one reason I booked this hotel.

The property was in a safe location with garage parking. The construction. But I will definitely stay again on our next road trip north.
