The hotel and staff were amazing. The only issues were the hotel lobby under construction and not having a hot breakfast. I understand the lobby area being renovated played apart in not having hot breakfast foods. What was offered was decent.
-
The hotel is currently under renovation which we were unaware of when booking. The whole first floor is under construction and empty. The rooms were good. Breakfast was only continental and was only a very small table right outside the elevators which made for a tight space if more than 2 people were there to get food.
-
It needs to be add in the website went they have construction going on the lobby was being renovated and they breakfast was on the second floor in the description of the hotel said breakfast buffet included but it was just coffee bread and some fruit. I’m really not happy with my stay at this hotel.
-
At the current time the entire lobby is being renovated was not aware of that. I was disappointed about that. But other that the hotel was okay
-
Great location, easy access to lots of attractions and safe. Very relaxing stay!!
-
The stay was nice and a good location for food and local events. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is going through renovations in the main lobby so there is sheet rock dust around, but that is expected while they go through the process. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking garage was convenient and felt secure.
-
Didn’t see any breakfast
-
It was construction not really much going on
-
The refurbishment of the lobby and breakfast area was extensive and should have been highlighted. Having said that Damian and the staff were extremely helpful in challenging circumstances.
-
The place was being renovated. Very crappie breakfast (only fruit mix ,banana apples ,cereal, bread, yougart muffins ,milk coffee) on the 2nd floor on 2 tables the police was called.
-
The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Staff wasn't rude but lacked friendliness and the "yes" or "no" answers were adequate but not very helpful. If you aren't familiar with the area the location front door/parking were hard to find and navigate at night in the rain. Overall stay was excellent. Thank you
-
You had to park in the parking garage, but besides that it was very nice
-
Male Front desk person came from the back room reeking of marijuana. Checking my bank balance the next morning, he charged me for our room AGAIN after it was already paid for through Expedia. The included breakfast buffet was cereal with no milk, a few muffins and NO coffee, just hot water and decaf. The tables and floors around the buffet were filthy. All the floors we saw hadn’t been cleaned in many days and elevator doors were smeared with looked like dirty oily rags. If it wasn’t for the lack of rooms in the area, we would have walked out.
-
conveniently located for my work and great restaurants in the immediate area.
-
Park in the front and they will give you the free access to the parking garage after you check in. Absolutely delicious.Breakfast.Nice outdoor pool and downtown area, sparkling clean place
-
The facility over all was great. My booking on booking.com shows $136.09 and the hotel charged $152.39. But also for this nice of a location and hotel upset with the breakfast cereal and muffins. I have stayed at a motel 6 and other cheaper places and had hot breakfast. Eggs bacon sausage pancakes potatoes and your cold items. So myself I wouldn't stay again because of this. When traveling and spending money to sleep maybe 8 hours sometimes if your lucky to sleep that long you should have a good meal. But it's still beautiful location and building with the new remodel
-
Parking garage may be a little tight if you are in a BIG truck but doable. They were in the middle of a remodel in reception/lobby so that was a bit of a mess but the room was very clean and quiet.
-
This certainly wasn't my favorite stay. If I was buying a house I would not ask how the rooms look if the house is still under construction. Hampton Inn wanted full price for a half price presentation. I comment on the entire stay and being under construction or renovation did not rate 5 stars. I believe I paid too much for this stay and based off this stay, I would not stay again. Not a good birthday stay.
-
Outstanding service from check in to check out. The lobby was in the process of being upgraded, so it was a bit dusty, but they did a great job of working around that. The staff was amazing and very helpful and our rooms were clean. Thanks for making our stay relaxing!

Things weren’t great due to renovations, but the room was nice.
