Everything was neat or organized
-
The coffee maker did not work… and it took me awhile to get my car …however I didn’t worry about my car being safe
-
Very clean, very quiet. Safe location, clean rooms and nice beds/pillows. Spotless shower and bathroom. Small downside the lack of USB C ports.

Amazing

Stayed 2 nites, very clean, great staff, great location, restaurants within walking distance! Would definitely recommend. Parking is by valet only basically, but reasonably priced and quick to retrieve your vehicle.
-
The parking lot at the rear of the hotel is dismally small with the 3 open corners totally unusable. The advertised Valet parking was totally absent at 9 PM on Saturday the 12th with a line of cars waiting that extended the full block. I had to used a public parking lot a block away and walk through the rain to the front door of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained but the absence of the valet ruined the experience for me personally.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Hotel is centrally located & everything we wanted to see or do was within a 10 min walk or drive!

Everything was great. My only complaint was the breakfast. We were getting coffee as the woman was setting breakfast up. A man tried to get something to eat and she didn’t allow him too but, a couple walked up immediately after the man left and she let them get food. I didn’t understand that.

It was comfortable stay

Bad: No complementary parking. The hotel offers $27 a day valet parking, park on the street because it was free parking on the weekend (we circled the lot for 20 minutes and wasn’t able to find a spot), and finally the option we chose was $20 a day parking lot A block down the road. I also was disappointed when I found out the roof top bar was closed for renovations. No free breakfast (I already knew), no free parking, and one of the main features of the hotel being closed. Not worth the rate

The staff were very helpful and informative. Room was quiet and clean. Parking you can use the Valet or street parking. I opt For street parking as I was only here for one night. The breakfast has plenty of food and will take requests, I’m sure I’d not to outlandish. Coffee was piping hot! My fave.

Really clean room, amazing view
-
the valet was good, but expensive. my room was very clean, but the tv’s signal kept going out. they still use cable, so with the fact that the connection kept being lost we couldn’t even use the tv. the beds were comfortable though

It was a great place to stay!

Very good

Like the Crabtree and Evelyn soap. The shower. Room layout.

I frequently stay here when I am traveling to Little Rock - it's always clean and the staff is welcoming. It's a close walk to the convention center.

We stayed for two nights. We used the valet parking. All the staff at Valet were very friendly. The roof top restaurant was closed due to remodeling. It was very quiet for the most part except the fire alarm went off the first morning. When we asked about it they first told us it was a test but then it ended up being the engine room was overheating. We would stay there again if we are ever in the area.

The valet workers were EXCEPTIONAL.
-
The hotel room and lobby were clean, but having to pay 27 dollars a day for valet parking, especially being that this is their only parking was not pleasant. The pool is not very clean and the light in it was starting to hang out.
