Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock Downtown

The property was great, but it seemed understaffed and didn't care as much about guests as you would expect from this hotel chain.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should’ve been. There was hair on the countertops and the in the tub.

The hotel was what we expected but was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. The staff was very nice and parking in the garage was not as bad as we thought it would be. The elevator was a little scary very dated but overall it was a good stay, even being there for a concert and almost the whole hotel were concert goers it was pretty quiet. The a/c unit was noisy but kept us cool.

At check in the staff man seemed like he wasn’t eager to help. He gave me my keys added my gold member number to the reservation and said thanks. That was it. I had to figure out parking on my own, find the elevator on my own, and the internet code did not work. It is unlikely I will stay there again.

Booking.com did not honor my pre booking , call several phone calls (booking .com) never got an answer, just AI voice messaging...so I had to use another credit card in order to stay. Payed TWICE for 1 stay!!!!!! STILL waiting on booking.com to settle without all the red tape

Both the General Manager and Rosa were more than accommodating and so super nice. Out group consisted of 5 women and their 9 children. Our kids felt safe and respected and the moms felt the same. I am planning to visit again for this reason and experience more in Little Rock. We were only there 1 night for the Ella Langley concert. Really nothing

Clean property, helpful staff with garage parking next to hotel... Will stay here again when business or pleasure bring me back to Little Rock!

Area felt very dangerous and would never go back. Lots of homeless and open drug use even with heavy police presence. Guy walking down the street waving a metal pipe and heavy drug use by entrance to hotel.

The hotel is located downtown within walking distance of several restaurants and bars in addition to the river. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The views from the balcony room were spectacular.
