Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock Downtown

Everything was great except there was no hot water in the shower only Luke warm! The view was Gorgeous & the room was huge!

I used the facility at it's minimum. Everything was great.

Second stay at this property this year. Staff very friendly and helpful, check-in easy and rooms are comfortable and very clean.

Front desk staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Parking was not easy. Convenient location.

Parking was difficult to get to and from main property with heavy baggage

This is a nice hotel and offers free parking in a an adjacent garage. However, the hotel seemed overpriced for the amenities. The staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. Doors to rooms seemed surprisingly heavy to open, which was a bit odd. There is no real restaurant, only a place to order a sandwich and breakfast items with limited hours. There is a small bar. Many restaurants and bars are nearby and the location is excellent to go to the Clinton Library. Riverfront walks are good and close.

Nice stay. The rooms are dated. I was out in an accessible room. The elevator went out but the staff had it fixed by the next morning.

My check in guy was personable and had a great attitude. Location was great Nothing I disliked

We enjoyed our stay! The staff were polite, our room was clean, and the location in Downtown Little Rock was perfect! They don’t serve breakfast, so we found a cute little restaurant a few blocks away and ate breakfast.

It would be nice to just have some decent coffee.

Easy Access to Simmons Bank Arena

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The room was amazing and the beds were so comfortable. Everyone was so nice.

Rosa at the front desk was exceptional! Definitely will return again!! No pool

Breakfast was expensive but good. There is a trolley stop nearby so I was able to ride the free trolley to and from the concert at Simmons Back Arena which was really convenient. The employees at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone but felt safe walking downtown at night. I would stay at this property again.
