Homewood Suites by Hilton Little Rock Downtown

The room were very clean. My problem was th pillows, mattress and comforter. The pillows and mattress was too soft. I had five pillows and it just sunk down need firmer mattress and pillows. Didn't sleep well, but if you like soft beds. Then this is the place for you. If they had firm pillows and mattress. I would definitely be back. The conforter was very tacķy and wrinke

The hotel was safe and secure. There is a $15 fee for parking, FYI. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was lacking. Food fresh out of the kitchen was cold. Breakfast staff was fantastic though. Very kind.

Clean room & breakfast was good.

The staff is amazing. Each person and every position went above and beyond to make my stay incredible and always offered service with a smile. I was a little sad that the pool was having issues and that it was not open the entire 11 days that I was there but hope that the next time I come it will be happen ready to go.

It wasn't the best experience I believe I could have had there was an issue with moving dates, being given keys to an already booked room with a male already in it, and being told my stay was cancelled the day of checkout even after I was told they received my card authorization form in advance. It just was not the best but definitely not the end of the world since I was in town for a conference and spent most of my day outside of the hotel. I think the staff is likely overwhelmed so it happens.

Great location for walkabouts Downtown.

It was downtown, able to walk to local restaurants and Junction Bridge to Simmons Arena We booked this hotel for the pool, and the pool was out of order during our stay. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Also the room was very quiet, add great bed, so we slept well, very well. Nice breakfast as well. Somehow the internal communication was not in synch. Thus, upon having ordered two nights independantly, it was not linked together. That meant further that we were locked out the second day after 12PM. We ensured that these two orders had to be synched so we had the same room for the two nights. We checked that over the phone before arrival and also at the time of checking in. Here, we were not only locked out the next day from the room but also access to garage and entrance. Quite inconvenient for a top hotel like Hilton,

Clean Nothing we didn’t like

This was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at a lot of places. We liked the suite with the separate living room and bedroom with a door. That was nice to have some privacy away from our kids but still be in the same suite. The food at breakfast was good, but it took forever to get any of it. The trays were always empty, and it seemed like 1 lady was cooking for all the guests by herself, which is why it was taking so long. Every single drink was out the whole time we were eating, so my family had to just not drink during breakfast.

The only drawbacks were that the pool was drained and unavailable during my stay, and the fire pit was also not in service. I was looking forward to enjoying both amenities, so it would have been helpful to know about these closures before arrival. Despite those disappointments, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay overall. If the amenities are restored and available, I would consider staying here again.

If we could have gotten the room I originally paid for with extra bed

The staff very welcoming and friendly. Hotel very tired-looking, needs refurbishment especially shower. Two water cuts during stay. No safety box in room. Limited choice of breakfast. Hotel advertised pool from May and this was the reason we chose the hotel but pool was closed with no prior notice.

Rooms were very outdated, pool wasn't working. would not recommend.

Good property, but the pool was not working. Not a deal breaker but when traveling with 3 kids, it is preferred to have one. Overall would stay again.

Liked our stay here. Staff was excelent. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
