Residence Inn Little Rock Downtown

the hallway to laundry/pool stunk parking lot was full- gave me a voucher for park deck across street- I still had to pay fir 24 hrs parking

The staff is very nice and helpful the property is very beautiful especially the back patio area by the pool.

We were on the 4th floor which was extremely quiet! The staff was very helpful and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

parking is iffy—if the self-park gets full, you have to park at a parking garage down the street. room itself is great and awesome location. AC will go off if you aren’t in the room! 78° when we arrived and never really cooled off because we left to sight see. maintenance wasn’t on site. so pretty good hotel if you’re ok being hot.

Comfortable and centrally located hotel.

The furniture in common areas is getting worn. That's the only thing I saw that needs repair.

The hotel was very nice on the inside The outside was a little scary. There was a lot of random homeless people roaming around. The parking lot is fenced but not gated. The rooms were clean smell good the staff was nice I just didn't want to be outside after dark.

The only bad thing is we turned our air down when we left for our concert so it would be cold to come into and sleep. Apparently it has some type of sensors that does not allow it to start cooling until you arrive back. Slept hot as hell. Never again

This is an older hotel but it is very clean. It’s also very quiet. Excellent staff and a great parking lot . The pool looked fine . It’s a great deal for the cost . I really do recommend this hotel . Not fancy but worth it !

I have never had a bad experience with Residence Inn. But this has been the best Hotel by far. I have made this my go to Hotel while traveling. I have stayed at several in different cities. So I am definitely satisfied. Thank you for keeping your Hotels immaculate.,

We walked over bridge to concert. Great food close by.
