Damian, the employee who did our check in, was very friendly and helpful. However, when we got to our room, the air conditioning was not working. I called down to the front desk, and Damian said that he would contact the engineer. While we were waiting for the engineer, I got a text from the hotel management asking how our experience was, so I told them what was happening Then, I got a reply form Damian, who confirmed that he had contacted the engineer and offered us to change rooms, which we accepted. After that, everything was fine.

So glad to have reliable lodging at a fair price. Had a bad experience with another hotel and had to rebook last minute.

The first room we received was completely trashed but they apologized and gave us a nice new room.

It was noisy bc of its location,right next to the hway. The elevator needs to be upgraded. It makes scary noises.

The hotel was easy to access from the highway, close to Riverfront Park. It was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. We were on a road trip and so were there just one night. Would stay again if we are in Little Rock in the future.

Nice location. Staff was decent The prices kept increasing. We stayed a week and I spent over $1,000!

Clean room The room was not ready on our pre-arranged checkin time. I had to take another room. Wifi would not connect. It's was probably due to room swap.
