The parking garage does not fit trucks. The height notice is inaccurate and allows you to enter the parking garage with no issues but the garage actually has lower clearance than advertised. I damaged the roof of my vehicle and the hotel has taken zero responsibility and will not even return my request to discuss the issue. Maintenance manager onsite was very rude when I brought up the issue when it occurred. Still have not heard back from Hotel manager.

Parking lot had extended spaces for trailer or moving van. Very pet friendly!

The location. Clark Dre was great in helping us with checking in issues. Outdated. The A/C is loud. The elevator was unkempt and staircase was shut.

The bed was comfy, air worked great I paid for a king room with “city view” I got a double queen with a view of the roof of the lower level.

It was clean and nice and the location was perfect The parking garage was creepy.

As always the room was clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful, I honestly don’t have any complaints whatsoever with this place and I stay here every time I go to Little Rock.

It's on the interstate and close to downtown. The pool looked great and the bar was good.

This has been one of two of hotels we stay in when we come to LR. We've noticed a pretty steady decline, but the rapid decline in just the last 6 weeks is wild. It was dirty, the linens had holes in them, and there were definitely security concerns.

My stay was perfect as always I would not stay anywhere else when I go to Little Rock, the staff is always very helpful and friendly and my room is always clean, I can’t honestly say that I have ever had any complaints about this place.

The bathroom in our room (201) When you opened the door, you barely had room to walk in and close it without knocking your knee into the toilet. (I guess it bothered me more than it would some others, because I have a knee injury already and it hurt.)

My tv didnt work my first day but was moved to another room the next evening

Front desk staff were very helpful. The restaurant and bar were not very well stocked for a Friday night. Wanted a glass of Chardonnay, only wine they had was a Moscato although menu showed four wines. Food was good and fresh, staff there were also friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Parking was free and plentiful.

Convent location GREAT pillows. Booked a room with two double beds, got a nicer room but it had ONE bed, that doesn’t work when you have a coworker with you. Signed a incidental charge of $20 but got charged 20 then 55 then 20 again still waiting to see if that comes off my card.
